It has taken some time for us to recuperate and to put in place the next stage of VELVET REVOLUTION
which you will be happy to hear is only a few weeks off packing a mighty blow to the Corrupt Corporate Government once again, these steps are essential to ensure the PROTECTION of our Members, their Families and our VR Organisers and CPO's.

DO NOT be disappointed about the turn out for VR on the 10th of July 2015, I personally am NOT disappointed with the quality of supporters we UNITED on the day of our MARCH, because the people who did UNITE were more than enthusiastic, positive, and determined.
WE were ALL Aussie PROUD to be part of our historical event.
I do however feel sorry for those people who didn't include themselves in this brilliant achievement because we ALL walked away very satisfied, pumped and empowered.

Once you learn what it is that this corrupt government have done; it does SHOCK you, but it also EMPOWERS you; when you also learn that there is something Lawful that can be done to stop this corruption in it's tracks; it gives you HOPE, when you learn that they are Unlawful and "The People of the Commonwealth of Australia" hold the True Right of Power to Rule Supreme; you are EMPOWERED, Once you learn that, there is no going back and that is what we MUST teach everyone else; even our children.

Any activist groups always start with a small group of committed, like minded people.
In 2000, at our first meeting for the Transport Industry at Tarcutta NSW; we started out with ~100 people including women and children.
Just a few short months later, at our first Blockade at the Albury/Wodonga Border; we ended up with about 400 Semi Owner Driver's & Driver's, a few good woman and no children and by the time we had the Nationwide shutdown in 2008 our support had grown to ~400 trucks in every State of Australia and we had been kicking goals from the start.

Once people realise that this is an on ongoing VELVET REVOLUTION that WILL NOT end until we Succeed; then they will feel more comfortable in UNITING with us and while our MARCH may have been small; we delivered a huge impact with
cars honking in support and it was indeed the beginning of our Freedom and their Elimination.

Going on Brisbane results alone we were more than 40 people STRONG; all dressed in VELVET REVOLUTION Shirts and armed with our Banners Flying and distributing thousands of flyers as we MARCHED, by the end of the day; the thousands of onlookers spread across 16 City Blocks times 2 deep; knew exactly what we were there for; as we chanted by microphone on loud speaker

We had the support and assistance of our Police Service even though we refused to register our VELVET REVOLUTION that would require us to ask the Corrupt Corporate Government permission to hold a VELVET REVOLUTION to remove them from office, it just didn't make sense to ask; when we were going to do it anyway.

It wasn't just a MARCH where people glanced at us and kept walking; they literally stopped and watched us MARCH past them; taking flyers as we went, they were even lined up on the other side of the roadway.
It made us PROUD; it made us DETERMINED and we were not taking NO for an answer.
We served the Moratorium to Parliament House and MARCHED to the High Court where the QLD Police prearranged for us to serve the Moratorium into the High Court. We got it all on video and we had no trouble from any authorities or opposition whatsoever.

It was a proud day for ALL Australian's.
This is the beginning of a brilliant union of "The People", it's been a long time coming; but WE have finally arrived.

It's pathetic when these people accuse VELVET REVOLUTION and it's Organisers of things that are NOT TRUE and they offer no evidence of what they accuse us of because they don't have any, it is simply lies and innuendo to stop us from succeeding and if you ask them they have no other PLAN.
But WHO are they actually stopping from succeeding? It's "The People"!

We understand "The People" are nervous and with good reason; due to every government screwing us over as soon as they get into power, however, the Constitution actually gives "The People" the Supreme Ruling Power known as
"DE JURE SOLUM ET NATURALE"

For the critics to criticise having a VELVET REVOLUTION is absolutely ridiculous, no one is voting for VELVET REVOLUTION to take over power, we are UNITING as

The Constitution Act 1900 (UK) was assented to and signed, it is the THORN in the governments side; stopping them from a complete takeover. If it wasn't assented to and signed, then nothing would stand in their way, they would hold no referendums because they would not need to ask "The People" permission to do something by referendum.

When will the courts and politicians uphold the rights of "The People"?

This is based on my own personal experience.
Just so you all know, when terminating a loan, the loan STOPS on the day of payout; no further interest can be added to it, the early payout is a minimal fee and holds no future interest as l clearly pointed out to AGC when we went to pay out our car loan with them and they tried to add interest charges for the remaining years of the loan; which totalled in their opinion one third of what the vehicle originally cost us $9k, they were very quick to change it back when l brought this FACT to their attention.
Another thing they do to people who have had their houses repossessed is they come back after the house is auctioned and demand the amount that the home did not reach to cover the loan.
1. The banks took possession of their home (as clearly stated in loan contracts), therefore, it is their home to sell it for whatever price they are happy to accept, any shortfall DOES NOT come back to the mortgage payer (if they choose to flog the house off for less than it's worth).
Whose choice is it to accept the auctioned figure?
Whose responsibility is it?

2. Let's say THEY sell your house for $40k less than is owing.
When ANYONE purchases a home you have to pay Mortgage Insurance, the bank uses your original deposit (which is now up to 40% of the price of the home) the bank uses this money to take out Mortgage Insurance, which covers the Home Owner in the event that your home is repossessed, the mortgage is then paid out by the Mortgage Insurance Company (The Banks NEVER miss out) and they NEVER loan money without taking that insurance out and if they do then that is on their shoulders not yours as the Bank still own the home until the day you pay it off (that is stated in every contract)

RAMS, NAB and most other lending institutes are scamming their home owners. Below are links showing they are adding interest for years beyond the loan and calling it early payout.

After VR remove this corrupt government from Parliament (let it be known) that our sights will be set on Australian Banks and
l personally will be coming after RAMS and their fraudulent RHG. During the Global Financial Crisis, RAMS went bankrupt on their debtors (paying out their loans at less than the amount borrowed) by transferring current home loan lenders to their debtors as payment.
Then still while in the bankruptcy process they registered another arm of RAMS and called it RHG and transferred the remaining home loans into their new RHG arm. While ALL other banks interest rates plummeted to 3.5 to 4% interest for current Home Loans; RHG increased current home loan interest rates from 6.5% up to 10.5% and left them there; making it impossible for most home lenders to finance out of RAMS.
RAMS have been taken to court by many people in class actions and they won; with settlements paid from RAMS/RHG; however, the courts knowing the fraud RAMS and RHG have committed have not extended the judgements to current Home Loan Owners still trapped in RAMS Web of Fraud.
WE "The People" cannot go bankrupt on our debtors and move our Assets to another Party or Bank or the Authorities claw it back; so why are the judges and authorities allowing this to happen just because it's a RAMS Home Loan Lending Group/Bank or Institution!

Just a few short years later RAMS Home Loans are back in the lending game leaving a path of destruction and devastation behind them; unchecked by authorities and judges alike and with politicians preparing reports and senate enquiries based on RAMS and other lending institutes and their fraudulent dealings; but nothing being done by politicians to ease the burden on Home Owners; while on the other hand, giving tax payer bailouts to Mortgage Lenders in order for them to continue their fraudulent lending scams.

RAMS goes to Westpac while RHG is left behind to Screw Home Owners by almost tripling interest rate charges and pumping up exit fees.
Two of Australia's financial pillars (Westpac) and NAB borrow funds in a SECRET BAILOUT from The Federal Reserve to buy out Bankrupt Banks! This stinks of FRAUD!

"RAMS Home Loans has trouble with funding at the end of 2007 due to the credit crunch. This led to a dramatic fall in share price that gave Westpac an opportunity to forward an offer, which they did. The following January, the transaction went through, with Westpac paying $140 million for RAMS' distribution business. The latter was comprised of 99 stores that were owned and run by 54 franchisees. Ever since it changed its name, RHG has had a lot of bad press. Hamilton stated that she had to pay early termination fees that were too high to refinance her mortgage, despite the fact that RHG increased interest rates well above the RBA's headline rate and significantly in excess of what the rest of the market has done.

A confidential settlement was reached in January 2009, but the Consumer Action Law Centre claimed that they had been contacted by approximately 100 other people claiming they had similar problems with RHG.

However, the problems didn't end here. Sometime around the middle of 2012, ASIC had to intervene after receiving a significant degree of complaints. The result was that more than 6,400 customers received refunds totalling more than $3.3 million representing early termination and discharge fees. RHG also agreed to lower its discharge fees on the loans it already held and to remove early termination fees in a staggered manner.

Clients weren't the only ones who were displeased. Towards the end of 2009, a group of shareholders voiced their displeasure, demanding that a board member be removed from their position. They also wanted improved communication and a higher return on their investment. As if that wasn't enough, the company's creditors weren't all that happy either, which led to RHG being the target of numerous court proceedings.

In regards to RAMS, at the beginning of 2010, Westpac decreased the size of the RAMS Home Loan business. The result was that financial products under the RAMS brand name were only available to customers via RAMS franchisees and the lending conditions became much stricter.

However, they also let home loan holders know that they would not be able to ignore the serious rate cuts the RBA were making as some other lenders were doing and if their customers wanted to refinance through Aussie to go to another lender, they would not be required to pay a Deferred Administration Fee. Waiving this fee was an Aussie requirement when they purchased the Wizard home loans business.

While these certainly won't be the last movements we see in the banking sector, they were the most notable of recent years. Further concentration of banking ownership is inevitable.

So, don't be surprised if you receive a letter telling you that your current bank has come under new ownership. Australian banks are more profitable than ever. More than ever, they have the cash to act on their expansion ambitions. So it is no surprise that the ownership conquests as outlined above have occurred. Nor is that the end of their expansionary moves.

Regardless, banks will continue to buy each other out and merge with each other as it suits them to acquire greater market share and more power, but that is simply the nature of the beast.

Let us just hope that these mergers and buyouts can occur to the benefit of Australian consumers and not the our detriment."

PLEASE NOTE:
Although this Act alleges to define Australia as a 'sovereign, independent and federal nation', and the Australia Acts is often described as completing the process of constitutional development which begun with the Federation Movement, Australia actually still retains the Queen as head of state.
A referendum to remove this final tie by replacing the Crown with a President was held in Australia on
the 6th of November 1999, the required majority of voters and majority of States necessary to make an alteration to the Constitution was not achieved and this final tie remains in place, therefore, the Queen remains our Head of State.

As there was no referendum of "The People", this means that the Australia Act 1986 is NOT LAWFUL, IT IS NOT CONSTITUTIONAL AND HOLDS NO LEGISLATIVE POWER!

The Commonwealth were legislating for the States for many decades before the Government unlawfully implemented the Australia Act 1986, and it is clearly outlined above during the Hansard Constitution Convention Debates with
Mr. Trenwith's Question and Mr. Barton's Answer in Reply.

Queen Elizabeth the Second is still our Head of State because "The People" voted against a Republic at Referendum on the 6th of November 1999, this referendum was put to "The People" to change Australia from a democracy to a Republic. This referendum if successful would have removed the Crown (Queen)
and the Governor General from being Head of State and they would have been replaced with a President, however, because this referendum was unsuccessful there were NO ALTERATIONS MADE TO THE CONSTITUTION and we remain with • The Queen as our Head of State
• The Constitution still in tact and
• "The People" still being the Supreme Rulers with the rightful POWER to Govern.

The Australia Act 1986 is worthless, Nada, not legal, unlawful, unconstitutional and a FRAUD and TREASONOUS ACT against "The People" of the Commonwealth of Australia by the Corrupt Corporate Government.
The States have no lawful right to legislate for the States under the Australia Act 1986, and yet the States have been implementing Legislation, Laws, Acts and Rules since 1986 and innocent people have had judgements made against them under an unlawful Act. This is Fraud and Treason and it must be corrected and this corrupt government need to be removed from Parliament for their deliberate deception, fraudulent and treasonous Acts against it's own people.

FROM VELVET REVOLUTION:

As we have said before, until all groups UNITE to RESTORE the Constitution Act 1900, how are these groups going to implement what they want?
What they are seeking to achieve and how?
How do these groups change the Laws they want to change without Restoring our Constitution?
VELVET REVOLUTION changed our date from March 2015 to July 2015 to allow MARCH in March to have their MARCH unhindered and
to allow Reclaim Australia, Restore Australia and all of the other groups to attend to their Matters, some VR members and organisers went to those rallies to show support!

VELVET REVOLUTION DO NOT have an opinion on any ONE SINGLE ISSUE because we don't need to, because after we REMOVE this corrupt government from power we will have Independent Ministers in Parliament who will implement Referendums of "The People" to deal with EVERY MAJOR ISSUE Australia have. The Constitution actually deals with ALL OF THEM.

We need to deal with ALL of the issues that concern ALL AUSTRALIANS, and we have not seen a PLAN yet other than VELVET REVOLUTION's PLAN that does so.

We are talking to groups and hopefully they will come on board with VR on the 10th of July and if the need arises we can and will join with them on their date.

Some people say they want to know what l think about a certain issue,
l keep telling everyone that it doesn't matter what l think, or what you think or what Geoff or Louisa think, at a referendum where everyone gets ONE VOTE ONLY, it comes down to what a MAJORITY think and that is how it has to be.
At the moment we have governments creating all these issues that EVERY GROUP is rallying against, they do that to keep us occupied so they can continue down the track of their evil corruption, if all of these Groups stopped and UNITED we can have ALL ISSUES DEALT WITH in a few simple moves.

For 8 long years, l fought for the RIGHTS and LIVES of Truck Drivers, l pulled my trucks off the road to achieve what the majority were telling me they wanted; while the whinges kept driving.
l paid for all costs out of my husbands and my business to represent the industry from ALDODA's stand point, but if they all just stopped for one lousy week, we would have had EVERYTHING we needed to survive in the industry in just 7 days, but instead we ended up with less than half of what we needed and and it took me and a handful of dedicated truckies to achieve that, the rest just kept driving and whinging.

Unfortunately, these other Groups have no way of actually getting what they want, so please UNITE WITH VR and it will be done and dusted in just one lousy Day!

Why would we change VR PLANS to go backwards?
Go back to Protesting with little or no result and no Laws on our side to negotiate with?
Go back to negotiating with an UNLAWFUL GOVERNMENT and their big business mates and if we don't act soon they will push through a referendum to change us into a Republic and we will NEVER get our Constitutional Rights back.

VR have a PLAN, we know that PLAN is Lawful and Constitutional; so we need to stay the course and hopefully these other groups will join us under our Banner and our Flag because it is their Banner and Flag as much as it is the next persons, and if we need to join their protests, rallies and Marches after the 10th of July, then VR will be there, but these groups need to give our PLAN some consideration as VR's PLAN deals with ALL ISSUES both Legally and Constitutionally.
However, VR would love for the Organisers of these groups to stand right next to us "Side By Side"
on the day, we are all on a round table with equal opportunity, equal rights, equal say, let's equally demand our Rights Back that are entrenched in our Constitution and we will equally achieve what we ALL WANT!
WE "The People" MUST get our Constitution Act 1900 (UK) Restored for every single Australian and for the FUTURE of this COUNTRY, our Country Men, Women and Children!
