Australian Troops Practiced Exact Cafe Scenario Less Than 6 Weeks Ago!

I sure as hell hope that this present siege in Sydney is not a "staged" hostage situation by our own government to justify present & future security measures! It is believed that other threatening acts were staged in the US for the same reason. This is one of the problems when dealing with a government you know you can't trust.
