Got a gun? Meet the MP who thinks you're better off dead

Minister for Police Mr David Elliott.
Got a gun? Meet the MP who thinks you're better off dead
In late 2017, the Deputy Premier of NSW tasked a committee of the New South Wales Parliament to consider changes to the NSW Firearms Act to support the rights of homeowners trying to protect themselves.
The committee has just handed down its verdict.  In this blog we reveal the verdict, and why the NSW Police Minister seems to think:
people are better off being Dead than Alive with a gun
Minister Elliott’s response
We have now received Mr Elliott’s advice. You can read it by clicking here (check your ‘download’ folder if you can’t find it).
To say it is astonishing is an understatement.  We have summarised what Mr Elliott's said below in bold, with our comments in brackets:
The issue about whether you can use a gun contrary to your ‘genuine reason’ arises in the National Firearms Agreement  (Wrong.  Genuine reason is regulated by the NFA, but 'use' is not.  The 'use' of firearms is regulated by section 7A of the NSW Firearms Act which is out of step with every other jurisdiction and the NFA, and is something Mr Elliott could fix)
 Mr Dunstan acted outside the NFA (No.  If anything Mr Dunstan arguably used his firearm outside section 7A for the apparently trivial purpose of staying alive, but he was fully compliant with the NFA);
 "There is no intention to amend the genuine reasons provision" (We’re not asking Mr Elliott do that. We’re asking his government to amend 7A to allow for 'reasonable lawful excuse' so that courts can consider each matter on their circumstances and merit);
 “… the use of a firearm in self-defence is a serious and lethal step which would not automatically protect the person from a criminal charge, despite the assertion they were defending themselves or their property” (Mr Dunstan was not charged with any offences, so Mr Elliott’s comments on this are not relevant);
 “In either case the use of a firearm is not endorsed as a means to self defend, given the potential lethality of a firearm, the risk to the person, the risk to any other person in the vicinity (including the criminal) in a highly volatile and emotionally fraught moment. The risk of escalating the violence is extreme” (Anyone who says this should not be allowed near guns ...);
“We also trust in our police to come to our aid and our criminal justice system to prosecute offenders and hold them to account for their actions” (Except that the police are 45 minutes away from Mr Dunstan’s property, and according Mr Dunstan, sometimes don't turn up to intruder calls. If you are going to wait for the NSW Police to come to protect you from a druggie with a knife, you will be dead by the time the police arrive)
Mr Elliott’s response is remarkable. It suggests the better outcome would have been for Mr Dunstan to have been dead, rather than be proactive and stay alive.
… which is ironic given Mr Elliott was a captain in the army ….

VOTE BUYING, WHO CONTROLS AUSTRALIA?

Thoughts for the Week.
VOTE
BUYING, WHO CONTROLS AUSTRALIA?
For forty years, the Billionaire George Sorus has spent millions supporting ‘Gun Control Australia’, ‘Get Back’ ‘Friends of the ABC’ to promote his socialist, disarmament appeasement and to that end has installed his puppets on both sides of Parliament. He has paid the media to make Australians believe that they have No Rights, No meaningful Constitution and No protections under the law of the land. He has weaponized his vast wealth to erode those rights in every corner of the country by supporting anti-rights initiatives and anti-firearm politicians. He has waged a war on people who have committed no crimes, harmed nobody and merely wish to be left alone to mind their own business. Now, they are making the move to re-categorise Straight Pull, Bolt Action Shotguns and Rifles. By making them a different category most firearm owners will not be able to retain or apply for them.

They have Border Force (Gestapo) refusing entry into Australia of firearms on the pretext that there is a crimp in the magazine, (press metal magazine are impossible to make without crimping of some sort) and serial numbers that are not the size that they have dictated. Aside from George Sorus buying and selling our universities, media and political parties we have his twin socialist hero’s buying Australian real estate, electrical companies, water supplies, and bribing our political parties. These Chinese businessmen are not super smart entrpreneurial capitalists, behind everyone of them is the slave state monolith of the Communist Chinese Government.

China have been programming the heads of our government since Gothic Prime Minister Gough Whitlam and even if we don’t believe that Prime Minister Harold Holt was taken away from Portsea on the 17th November 1967 by a Chinese submarine, China was the greatest beneficiary, as we have had “Wimps Are Us” for Prime Ministers ever since. Since the signing of the Lima Agreement we have born the cost, given away our manufacturing and production, (even food is being imported from China) given away our security as an independent nation and if China has a little cough, our politicians Kow Tow in submission.

IS ‘APPEASEMENT’ TREASON?  1
In 2015 the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) reportedly warned the major political parties that two of Australia’s most generous donors had “strong connections to the Chinese Communist Party” and that their “donations might come with strings attached”. In December 2017, an unsourced report in The Australian said ASIO had identified candidates at state and local government elections whom it believed had close ties to Chinese intelligence services “in what security officials assess as a deliberate strategy by Beijing to wield influence through Australian politics”. Most notoriously, a Labor Party senator, Sam Dastyari, was forced to retire after Fairfax Media revealed that he had recited Beijing’s South China Sea talking points while standing alongside a Chinese citizen donor – and then counselled the donor to place his phone aside to avoid surveillance of their conversation.

According to ‘The Australian’, China’s security chief, Meng Jianzhu, warned the Labor leadership about the electoral consequences of failing to endorse a bilateral extradition treaty: “Mr Meng said it would be a shame if Chinese government representatives had to tell the Chinese community in Australia that Labor did not support the relationship between Australia and China.”

“We shall see how the counsels of prudence and restraint may become the prime agents of mortal danger; how the middle course adopted from desires for safety and a quiet life may be found to lead direct to the bull’s-eye of disaster.”
Winston Churchill, The Gathering Storm

Is ‘Appeasement’ Treason? 2
Here we are 20 million people, defenceless, dependent on China for food, clothing and toilet paper, sitting on a continent that has a major section of the worlds resources. Already, the Australian people have very little say in the countries direction, just think for how long have the majority opposed the importation of illegal, unwanted, immigrants, refugees who are not really refugees but economic invaders, how long have the people called out for a government that would defend our borders.

“If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”
Winston S. Churchill, The Gathering Storm

Chinese Concentration Camp, or re-education camp

THE GATHERING STORM
A few months ago I became particularly interested in this Defence Subject when on watching a few minutes of the TV program ABC Drum, which has a panel of typical Bimbette’s, (No Bimbo’s as the ABC and SBS only have female experts on everything, except for the fraud Bruce Pascoe of course who follows their traditional suppression of the truth), where one of the Bimbette’s experts came out with one of those all knowing statements. “China, since its communist state began in 1949 has never invaded another country”. I immediately growled under my breath, tell that to the Tibetan, Vietnamese, Koreans, Indians, Xinjiang, otherwise known as East Turkestan, with a population of more than 20 million mostly Ugyhurs. Turkestan was independent till the Chinese invasion of 1949. Tell that to the brave Umbrella protestors in Hong Kong. They know that death awaits them eventually, but still protest and face gas and bullets with Umbrella’s. The islands between the Chinese Mainland and Taiwan have been the target for Chinese artillery for many years. They might also have forgotten the Spratley Islands that China has invaded and turned into armed installations is the territory of the Phillippines. So is this mis-information paid for purposely, orchestrated lies, or is it just ignorance perpetuated by the blind leading the blind?

The Spratley Islands are NOT Chinese Territory.

In the previous editions we have well covered the what is called China’s extraterritorial influence described variously as “United Front work” and “influence operations”. “sharp power”, and then to “Hard Power”.
In other countries, this process may begin with a Confucius Institute, scholarships, grants, but the next thing you know you must self-censor discussions China considers sensitive. In the face of this authoritarian onslaught of China’s misinformation, cyber hacking, bribery, economic coercion, theft of technology, and intrusion in internal politics. This seems to be the formula that has been so successfully used in Australia and has been even more successful in New Zealand.

“Delight in smooth-sounding platitudes, refusal to face unpleasant facts, desire for popularity and electoral success irrespective of the vital interests of the State, genuine love of peace and pathetic belief that love can be its sole foundation, obvious lack of intellectual vigour in both leaders of the British Coalition Government, marked ignorance of Europe and aversion from its problems in Mr. Baldwin, the strong and violent pacifism which at this time dominated the Labour-Socialist Party, the utter devotion of the Liberals to sentiment apart from reality, the failure and worse than failure of Mr. Lloyd George, the erstwhile great war-time leader, to address himself to the continuity of his work, the whole supported by overwhelming majorities in both Houses of Parliament: all these constituted a picture of British fatuity and fecklessness which, though devoid of guile, was not devoid of guilt, and, though free from wickedness or evil design, played a definite part in the unleashing upon the world of horrors and miseries which, even so far as they have unfolded, are already beyond comparison in human experience.”
Winston S. Churchill, The Gathering Storm

In my August Bulletin “Thoughts of the Week” to summarise I explained Australia’s lack of an adequate defence force, our lack of Defence Industries, the scenario of China building an Island base at Long Island, (Chesterfield Islands) and then moving on to Lord Howe Island. The inability and lack of interest for any other nation to move them. (As with the South China Sea Spratley Islands, the USA has not stepped in to throw China off the Islands that the Philippines claims as its territory) The probability that China dominating all of Australia’s sea and air ways would blockade, preventing the importation of fuel, or manufacturing materials, in less then 25 days diesel fuel and petrol would run out, food would not be delivered to the shops, Australia the land of plenty would starve. Australian politicians would surrender, do a deal and fly to the South of France. The Australian population being superfluous to the Chinese requirements would die out.

In my September Bulletin, “Thoughts of the Week” I showed how the Chinese Communist Party leadership massacred its own young people at Tiananmen Square and supplied a speech from Chief of General Staff and Vice -Chairman China’s Military Commission Comrade Chi Haotian stating that they are preparing the way for world domination. Australia is a part of that world and is one of China’s main targets.

“ If China’s global development will necessitate massive deaths in enemy countries; will our people endorse that scenario? Will they be for or against it? The fact is, our ‘development’ refers to the great revitalization of the Chinese nation, which, of course, is not limited to the land we have now but also includes the whole world.
Only countries like the United States, Canada and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.”

Over 2 million men in the Chinese Army, Does that mean every Australian Firearm Owner needs only to shoot once?

In the October Bulletin Thoughts of the Week. I included photos of the October 1st 70th Anniversary Parade in Beijing (of the Communist take over) where the Chinese Government showed off its military technological superiority over the United States and quoted the Chinese President Xi Jinping, delivered a speech invoking the “Chinese dream” of national rejuvenation, his grand vision of restoring the country to his perceived past glory.

“No force can stop the Chinese people and the Chinese nation forging ahead.”

“There is no force that can shake the foundation of this great nation,” Xi said

“Unity is iron and steel; unity is a source of strength,” Xi said, according to an English-language transcript from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

There is an Obvious Pattern Forming Surrounding Australia.
Besides taking over the Spratley Islands and turning it into a Chinese Military Base with airports and manufacturing a deep water port facilities it claims the 200 miles of territorial waters around it. China has leased the Port of Darwin on our mainland. It leases two airports in Western Australia. China was within an inch of formalising a 75 year lease on the Island of Tulagi. Tulagi is in the Solomon Island on the northern edge of the Coral Sea. The deal would allow the communist country authority rights to the island’s deep water port, oil, gas, fishing, forestry and tourism.
Though the plan for a 75-year lease was unsuccessful, another of China’s plans was recently executed. A $825 million deal was struck to allow China to redevelop the Solomon Islands’ Gold Ridge mine. Chinese ambassador Xue Bing, described the deal as an “early harvest”.
Along with the profits from the mine, all port facilities, roads, rail and bridges built to service it will also remain in China’s control.

DEBT TRAP DIPLOMACY

A former intelligence chief of the US Navy’s Pacific Fleet, Captain Jim Fanell, said that China’s interest in the area could have future impacts on Australia. “They’re (China) interested in this area because it’s essentially the lifeline or the choke point between America and Australia and New Zealand,” he said. “China has built the navy that people said they were never going to build. China has deployed their fleet to places which they said they were never going to sail to and they are sending their fleets around the world.”. “They believe that they’re supposed to be the rightful leaders of this new global order. The British century, the American century, now we’re going to have the Chinese century. That’s their vision.”

“With the flip at Kiribati and the Solomons, and what they’re doing in Vanuatu, what they’re doing in Fiji, you start to see a trend line here,” China quite clearly wants to dominate East Asia and the Pacific, pushing out the U.S. as the region’s dominant military power. Shortly, China will hold an invaluable base controlling the approach to Australia, and if the Solomon Islands borrow from China to pay for ports and other facilities and default, they could open the door for untrammelled military development.

“John Adams said infamously, “that a way to subjugate a country is through either the sword or debt”. China has chosen the latter,”

Captain Fanell, above quote appears to be the proof of it. As well as the Chinese building a deep water port in Fiji and Kiribati large enough for Aircraft Carriers, they have recently gained full control of the Sri Lanka Port of Hambantota. Under heavy pressure and after months of negotiations with the Chinese, the government handed over the port and 15,000 acres of land around it for 99 years. The large Chinese loans, inability of the Sri Lankan government to service the loans, and subsequent 99-year Chinese lease on the port have led to accusations that China was practising debt trap diplomacy.

Chinese Submarines have already began to call in for re supply visits The transfer gave China control of territory just a few hundred miles off the shores of a rival, India, and a strategic foothold along a critical commercial and military waterway. During the 2015 Sri Lankan elections, large payments from the Chinese port construction fund flowed directly to campaign aides and activities for Mr. Rajapaksa, who had agreed to Chinese terms at every turn and was seen as an important ally in China’s efforts to tilt influence away from India in South Asia. The payments were confirmed by documents and cash checks detailed in a government investigation. It took control of Nigeria’s Tin-Can Island Container Terminal (TICT)

THE STRING OF PEARL IS AROUND AUSTRALIA’S NECK.

The String of Pearls is a geopolitical theory on potential Chinese intentions in the Indian Ocean region. It refers to the network of Chinese military and commercial facilities and relationships along its sea lines of communication, which extend from the Chinese mainland to Port Sudan in the Horn of Africa. The sea lines run through several major maritime choke points such as the Strait of Mandeb, the Strait of Malacca, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Lombok Strait as well as other strategic maritime centres in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the Maldives, and Somalia. Chinese-controlled deep-water port near the mouth of the Persian Gulf in Gwadar, Pakistan, which is also the crux of China’s massive $62 billion China Pakistan Economic Corridor project. The port at Gwadar, which is connected to the Karakoram Highway linking Western China and the Arabian Sea, is and should be a concern for the Australian government and an even greater concern to the Indian government, which should view it as powerful evidence of Chinese and Pakistani collusion against Indian security and economic interests.

JAPAN’S NECK COULD BE CRUSHED At ANYTIME.

90% of Japan’s imported oil flows to Japan through the sea lanes of the South China Sea, and any undue Chinese influence in the region is seen as a potential threat to Japanese economic security. Moreover, Japanese officials envision that, in the case of a more pervasive Chinese power projection capability in East Asia, territorial disputes between China and Japan in the East China Sea and Philippine Sea might escalate to a point of outright military confrontation. In particular, the Senkaku, which is claimed by China but controlled by Japan, and Ryukyu island chains, are identified as key friction points between the two countries.

“Strength, moreover, could have been used in righteous causes with little risk of bloodshed. In their loss of purpose, in their abandonment even of the themes they most sincerely espoused, (Australia) Britain, France, and most of all, because of their immense power and impartiality, the United States, allowed conditions to be gradually built up which led to the very climax they dreaded most. They have only to repeat the same well-meaning, short-sighted behaviour towards the new problems which in singular resemblance confront us to-day to bring about a third convulsion from which none may live to tell the tale.”
Winston S. Churchill, The Gathering Storm

BOURGAINVILLE
Bougainville is another hot spot where China has been financing an independence movement, to break away from Papua New Guinea. Apparently, if the Independence movement succeeds in the current elections there is no doubt where the finance will come from to re-open the huge reserves left in Panguna (copper) mine. Given the new strategic landscape, between the retreating USA (America First movement) we can bet that Bougainville will have new deep port facilities very quickly.

EAST TIMOR

While relations between Timor-Leste and Australia remain strained, because of Australia’s 2004 bugging of its cabinet office, the young nation, on half an island just 720 kilometres from Darwin, has asked China to help train its Navy. The request was made by Timor-Leste’s defence and security minister, Filomeno Paixao, at talks this month with Rear Admiral Yu Wenbing of the People’s Liberation Army Navy. The talks took place during the visit to Dili of a Chinese warship and are an unsettling reminder to Canberra of Beijing’s growing military influence very close to home. The request for China to train Timorese naval officers was confirmed by a local defence source.

The officers and crew of the 5,548-tonne Qi Jiguang, a Type 679 training ship, received a gala welcome as the vessel was escorted into Dili Harbour by the Timorese patrol boat Kay Rala Xanana. The Shanghai-class patrol boat is one of two purchased from China by Timor-Leste in 2008 to protect its ocean fishery. Dili regards strengthening bilateral cooperation and economic and defence ties with Beijing as a useful hedge against what some in the government consider undue influence and pressure from the West, including from Australia.
China, which has poured money into East Timor in recent years, has financed everything from the presidential palace to a $490 million deep-water port near Dili to an electricity grid that has given power to at least 80 percent of the population. And it has also spent a significant amount of cash near the proposed location of the on-shore part of the Greater Sunrise project, known as Tasi Mane. China has built the first leg of a new four-lane highway linking the airport in Suai with other southern coastal towns that will host the LNG plant, a petrochemical refinery and a supply base. And in April, state-owned company Timor Gap signed a $943 million contract with a China Railway Construction Corp. unit for a new port to help facilitate the main LNG plant. China signed a contract providing US$9 million toward the building of a new headquarters for the military in East Timor.

CHINA’S EXPANDING INFLUENCE IN THE ANTARCTIC
For a long time, China has been eyeing the Australian Antarctic Territory, a large portion of the Antarctic that by Canberra’s definition belongs to us. In 1951, Australia and a group of interested other countries signed a document called the Antarctic Treaty System.
Australia claimed six million square kilometres of the icy continent — around 42 per cent of its total land. The Treaty recognised the sovereignty claims of Australia. However, this is not recognised by China, who were not signatories to this treaty, and they don’t recognise Australia’s claims.
Over the past decade, China has slowly been expanding its reach in Antarctica by creating networks of stations in Australia-claimed territory.

WHY IS CHINA SO INTERESTED IN THIS REGION?

Dr Adam Lockyer, a security expert at Macquarie University and author of Australia’s Defence Strategy:
Evaluating Alternatives for a Contested Asia. Dr Lockyer said there are several reasons for China’s interest in the region. “For one thing, it’s part of their broader strategy for global domination. The rising superpower is increasing its presence everywhere, from South America to the South Pacific.”
Similar to its pursuits in the South China Sea, China is seeking to increase its influence, but fall just short of sparking an actual military conflict with the United States and its allies.

China says its outposts on the Antarctic region are purely for scientific purposes. But they could also potentially be used to aid the country militarily.“Beijing can make legitimate claims that the installations and outposts on the Antarctic are for scientific purposes, and you can’t argue with that,” Dr Lockyer explained. “The fear is that they have a dual use, and that is that they can be used in a confrontation with the US.” But also, the region could prove hugely lucrative, holding large deposits of natural resources.

“The US and China’s use of their Antarctic ground stations to control offensive weapons systems and relay signals intelligence, all while conducting legitimate scientific activity has the potential to shift the strategic balance that has maintained peace in the Asia-Pacific for nearly 70 years. “In a time of conflict, if the US denied others access to GPS, China and Russia could employ BeiDou and GLONASS to guide strike weapons.”
China and Russia currently rely on GPS, but these host satellites are all controlled by the US. This means that, in the event of a conflict, America’s first tactic would be to switch these all off, leaving China blind and lost.
This is why China and Russia are working to build their own network of navigation satellites. One of the best places to communicate with those satellites is Antarctica. China’s BeiDou and Russia’s GLONASS are navigation systems. They’re not actually weapons, but they can be used to guide cruise missiles and ballistic missiles to different parts of the world.

But Dr Lockyer says it’s worrying Canberra doesn’t seem too concerned about China’s possible ulterior motives. “The Australian government doesn’t seem too concerned about it,” said Dr Lockyer. “They very rarely turn around and look at what’s going on in Antarctica.” “It’s like they forgot to lock the backdoor.”

APPEASEMENT
It is highly unlikely that the government forgot to lock the back door, or the front door, but seem to be locked into a silent panic. They can feel the noose tightening, but are petrified of speaking out about it, or heaven forbid, announcing general conscription and a re-armament plan. The Australian government could not ignore the lack of fortitude of the USA in the loss of the Philippines territorial islands in the South China Sea. The Philippines are hardly going to declare war on China, so China moves a thousand miles closer to Australia. When China can take the Australian Territory in Antarctica and no one says, boo to them, when they can take Lord Howe Island and place a few aircraft carriers and a few hundred missiles, will anyone say, boo then?

HOW LONG BEFORE CHINA MOVES ON AUSTRALIA

Some experts say two years, I would hope for three years, but watching the Chinese advances in technology and organised power play on the international chess board they will choke the life out of Australia in four years or sooner.
We quickly need a re-incarnated Winston S. Churchill to awaken the people and re-arm our nation. If we do not find one, our future and the future of our children will be at best death, or worst slavery, or worst still, like the million incarcerated Uyghur (wigger people) who are just hosts for the “Body Part” market. We need new secret weapons. Weapons like their underwater drones that can be unmanned and still sink their landing ships. We have to make our own fighting drones that can beat the Chinese ones. We have to have Sovereign Industries that produce our defence products without relying on imports as without Air and Sea superiority re-supply will be impossible. Do not look for anyone to come and help us they have too much to lose. The Chinese need ‘living space” and we in Australia are up for grabs. We need leaders who forget to mention Global Warming or Gun Control. We need leaders who can re-kindle this ancient spirit, and put fire in our bellies. As it seems our future is going to be a lot harder, before if ever, it gets better.
Sir Winston S Churchill inspired nations with his use of his words and actions.
“We shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender”.

Australia’s famous poet Henry Lawson, created similar nationalistic emotions with his choice of words. Albeit at a slower pace but the intent to arise, unite and prepare to fight for your country is very strong.
Every Man Should Own a Rifle.
“So I sit and write and ponder, while the house (parliament) is deaf and dumb,
Seeing visions “over yonder” of the war I know must come.
In the corner – not a vision – but a sign for coming days
Stand a box of ammunition and a rifle in green baize.
And in this, the living present, let the word go through the land,
Every tradesman, clerk and peasant should have these two things at hand.

No – no ranting song is needed, and no meeting, flag or fuss –
In the future, still unheeded, shall the spirit come to us!
Without feathers, drum or riot on the day that is to be,
We shall march down, very quiet, to our stations by the sea.
While the bitter parties stifle every voice that warns of war,
Every man should own a rifle and have cartridges in store!”
By Henry Lawson.

That was how patriots felt in the 20th Century and I admit, that is the Century that I’m from, so even with my old bones and creaky body, I would get a truck load of ammo and my rifle to my station by the sea. I might not be very mobile, (it does make running away improbable) but I can still shoot better than most, but would I have anyone on either side of me? I might have to shout into the distant past of history, to find a new Horatius to help guard the Gate. Ron Owen

Why the creeping militarisation of our police has experts worried.

Why the creeping militarisation of our police has experts worried
Australian police are increasingly being "militarised".
Front-line officers in Queensland and Victoria, and specialist units across the country, are being trained in military-style tactics and thinking.
Lawyer and former Australian Defence Force officer John Sutton describes this "convergence" as slow and worrying.
"Typically, a close ideological and operational alliance between the police force and the military has always been associated with repressive regimes," he says.
"Australia has a very strong democracy and a very robust civic mindedness among its population.
"Nevertheless, these developments are certainly concerning."
So just how concerned should we be? And what's driving the shift?

Compromising On Gun Control. The Cake Story.

Why We Won't Compromise - The Cake Story
Maybe I'm the last one to know this story. My shooting buddy, Dan, couldn't believe I had never seen it. But, it's the perfect explanation to use when someone asks "Why won't you gun people at least compromise a little?"
When we originally posted this article, I said I didn’t know who had written it. Now I do. Credit goes to the Law Dog Files.  My apology to The Law Dog Files for not knowing, and my thanks for their contribution. You can see more at The Law Dog Files.
The Cake
Let's say I have this cake. It is a very nice cake, with "GUN RIGHTS" written across the top in lovely floral icing. I received it from the 2nd amendment.
Along you come and say, "Give me that cake."
I say, "No, it's my cake."
You say, "Let's compromise. Give me half." I respond by asking what I get out of this compromise, and you reply that I get to keep half of my cake.
Okay, we compromise. Let us call this compromise The National Firearms Act of 1934.
There I am with my half of the cake, and you walk back up and say, "Give me that cake."
I say, "No, it's my cake."
You say, "Let's compromise." What do I get out of this compromise? Why, I get to keep half of what's left of the cake I already own?
So, we have your compromise -- let us call this one the Gun Control Act of 1968 -- and I'm left holding what is now just a quarter of my cake.
And I'm sitting in the corner with my quarter piece of cake, and here you come again. You want my cake. Again.
You say, "Let's compromise once more." What do I get out of this compromise? I get to keep one-eighth of what's left of the cake I already own?
So, we have your compromise -- let us call this one the Machine gun ban of 1986 -- and I'm left holding what is now just an eighth of my cake.
I sit back in the corner with just my eighth of cake that I once owned outright and completely, I glance up and here you come once more.
You say nothing and just grab my cake; This time you take several bites -- we'll call this compromise the Clinton Executive Orders -- and I'm left with about a tenth of what has always been MY CAKE and you've got nine-tenths of it.
Then we compromised with the Lautenberg Act (nibble, nibble), the HUD/Smith and Wesson agreement (nibble, nibble), the Brady Law (NOM NOM NOM), the School Safety and Law Enforcement Improvement Act (sweet tap-dancing Freyja, my finger!)
I'm left holding crumbs of what was once a large and satisfying cake, and you're standing there with most of MY CAKE, making anime eyes and whining about being "reasonable", and wondering "why we won't compromise". ~ Tom

Thoughts For The Week By Ron Owen of Owen Guns.

Australia Last Chance before Plunging into the Catastrophic Abyss.
We are at a cliff edge. As in last months Edition 152 I listed the treasons that have been committed by our major parties which have ravaged Australia since the Traitors committed Australia to the Lima Agreement 1974, the UN Treaty on Civilian Disarmament, and the Paris Climate Accord. In the 1960s we were a free country that had the most potential to distribute its wealth to the people who had worked to build it. Australia manufactured first class aircraft Mirage and Canberra Bombers, ships, naval vessels, refrigerators, televisions, Jindevek Missiles, motor cars, machine tools, tractors, washing machines, we had an agricultural industry that could feed the world. We had first class electrical generation, we had our own oil production, and large refineries in every major city, we had a steel industry and we owned our own mining industry.
Every election is a sort of advance auction sale of stolen goods. H.L. Mencken
The Betrayal
Since our bought and paid for ‘treacherous’ politicians sold us out, we don’t even produce a can opener, our steel industry is on the point of closure, our agricultural industry is in ruins and our State governments cannot even keep the electric lights on. The Federal government now says it wants to build a Defence Industry, but with forethought and planning, those same political parties have engineered the death of our manufacturing industry. The infrastructure and skills we need are now sitting in factories in China and Indonesia. Worse, we have lost the Freedom of Speech, thought and the rights to own property and the right to defend our homes and families. Even worse, they are importing a parasitical class of people that eventually intend to dominate us and kill us if we do not convert to Islam.
The Crisis Election.
As soon as the NSW elections are over the Federal Election campaigns will come into the fore. Please do not reward any of the major parties with your vote, if you make that mistake you will condemn Australia to the Abyss, a bottomless pit of despair with never a chance to crawl out. Australia will be up for grabs, a mine for China and a mosque on every corner. We are debt slaves at present to the major banks, but your vote for a major party will sentence our children and their children at best, into lives of slavery, for Islam, or China, or both.
Hope.
Our only hope is to elect good independents, or the minor parties, and by that I do not mean the Clive Palmer or Derryn Hinch, or Kerryn Phelps, they are worse than the Greens. We have to elect good people to the cross benches. If either main party has the majority in the Senate, Australia is lost.

Just the Worst part of the Rogues Gallery. Traitors.
From the point of view of the 10,000 firearm owners that receive this email the best way to approach, and we all should question every candidate by email, phone or letter or personal enquiry, in these words, or use your own words, ask them if they believe that, under the Commonwealth Constitution Part V. – Powers Of The Parliament.
“51. The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have powers to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Commonwealth,”
‘That a Good Government has a sacred duty to protect its citizens, when they fail to do this, the duty, not just the right, devolves to the Citizen themselves’ and ask would they vote for a private members bill to establish that duty as an interpretive schedule to the Commonwealth Constitution.
The Primary Reason Mankind lives in a Community is for internal and external Defence.
If they chose to disagree with that principle you might remind them that ‘Good Government’ is at the Consent of the Governed, the people. Individuals, instigated and formed governments primally for Defence. The sole reason for governments to exist is for the external and internal defence of the people who give their consent and live within its protection. Without that there is no role for government, as if the people are left defenceless they will either move or fall prey to home or country invaders, without a population Government has no reason to exist. Defence means being secure within their homes from danger within and without the realm and on both of those counts, our government have left us defenceless. Frédéric Bastiat wrote in his book “The Law“, That everyone has a right to protect “his person, his liberty, and his property. The state should be only a “substitution of a common force for individual forces” to defend this right.
Political Allegiance To the United Nations is Treason.
Some readers might like to also ask if the candidate would support the return to the original Schedule of the Oath and Affirmation prior to illegal alterations that have taken place, without any consultation or referenda under section 128 of the Commonwealth Constitution.
“I, A.B., do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Her heirs and successors according to law. SO HELP ME GOD!”
Of course, I personally would follow that up with that they take the Oath on the Holy Bible and swallow a bacon sandwich, but not all of us are so forthright.
As there is overpowering evidence to the fact that Australian Senators and Members of Parliament have given allegiance and adherence to other nations, and the United Nations and other political ideology’s that are contrary to our Commonwealth Constitution and have with forethought and planing made decisions that have assisted other nations at the detriment of Australia. They should share the same fate as Vidkun Quisling, (Norway) and Pierre Laval (France) who were political leaders executed after the WW2 for collaborating with Nazi Germany.

Good Government, is Small Government.
Wilhelm von Humboldt said in 1792?...a state seeking to provide for more than the physical safety of the citizens will inevitably destroy the freedom and the creativity of the individuals.”
Our 21st Century governments have turned from being servants to master, it has turned political leaders into demi gods and citizens into debt slaves.
Is Law for the Government, or Law for the People?

Venezuela went Socialist, then banned firearm ownership, Slavery soon followed.
Freedom, personality, liberty, and property existed eons before mankind voluntarily banded together to make Laws with which he sort to protect life, family, liberty, and property. What, then, is law? The only reason for law is for the collective organization of the individual right to a lawful defence.
The primary reason that men and women chose to live in a community was for the defence of his life and family, his liberty, and his property. The secondary reason was to be able to seek Justice for a civil wrong.
Depending on your belief God, or Nature, has imparted upon every one of us the right to defend his life, family, property and his liberty, since these are the elements of preserving the component of life, each factor is rendered complete by the others, and none of them can be preserved without all of those rights. For what are our faculties, but the extension of our personality and what is property, but an extension of our faculties?

If a number of men have the right to combine together to extend, to organize a common force whose intention is to provide regularly for community defence, every other individual man has the right of defending, even by force, his personal life and family, his liberty, and his property. Logically, there is no difference the government derives its Rights from those who agree to be governed, if the people do not have that Right nor does the government. Yet, politicians, and police are protected and can have firearms and guards to protect themselves while the people are left defenceless.
Collective rights, only gain their principles, their reason for existing, their lawfulness, from the individual rights; and the common force cannot rationally have any other end, or any additional power. No more power than that of the isolated force of the individual as the governments, (Police, Army) are only a community group borrowing those same powers from the individuals and applying it for a community purpose.
Therefore, as the power within an individual cannot lawfully harm another person, the liberty, or the property of another individual for the same logical reason, the common force cannot lawfully be used to destroy the individual person, the liberty, or the property of individuals, or groups of individuals.
This corruption of force would be, in one case, as in any other, a contradiction to the whole proposition of what law is all about. Would a brave modern day politician dare to state that force has been given to government, not to defend the rights & property of the citizens, but to take their property, crush their freedoms and suppress their trade with one another? Unlikely, yet, that is the truth of what has been occurring regularly in nearly all countries of the western world. The helpless are in many stages of revolt, but mostly, by election they remove one party of robbers and elect another party to continue with the theft. We have to watch individual peoples You Tubes to see what is occurring in France and Britain on a weekly basis, as the mainstream media will spin their massive protests into ‘naughty people causing trouble again.

Every weekend in France. Seems this was how it was a 100 years ago.
Law and Security, Can we Have One without the Other?
Governments should be the organization that preserves the natural rights of good people, the defender of freedom as it is only the substitution of the collective drawn from the powers that naturally accrue from the individual. Government should support the individuals right to act in all functions, and enjoy all spheres in which their actions do not impact on the lives and property of their neighbours. If this is not true, and the power of defence is not drawn from the individual, where and how can the collective government force draw its power from? God, or the Devil or Microsoft? The collective force, police or army has its powers and the reason for its existence is to defend the individual citizens and the collective government force cannot lawfully claim more power than that is natural to the individual. They cannot rely on the maxim “Might is Right” surely Good Government means, “Right is Might”. Surely, nothing, can be more plainer than the evidence of the above. So again remember,”That a Good Government has a sacred duty to protect its citizens, when they fail to do this, the duty, not just the right, devolves to the Citizen themselves'”

What has gone wrong with Law and the Concept of Justice?
The Primary reason why mankind formed communities/governments and agreed to abide by the Rule of Law was for Defence and the Secondary reason was to appoint a government in which they could apply for Justice. However, the law has been perverted! The courts of parliament, the law courts, the police, and all the collective forces of the our nation have been gradually corrupted, not only diverted from their proper function, but have made the law pursue a function completely contrary to the good reasons that our forefathers, who banded together to initially form the government. Those brave individuals who formed governments to establish Law and Justice for the protection of the individuals and their families would be horrified to find that the Law has become the tool of every kind of rapacity, instead of the law controlling evil. The law is now guilty of every iniquity which in its inception it was commissioned to punish.

Taxation, or is it Really Government Plunder?
In its correct sense it is when a portion of wealth passes out of the hands of those who have acquired it, without their consent, and without compensation, and given to those who have not created it, whether by force or by ruse. Whenever a persons property is violated, plunder is perpetrated. Government theft, is still theft, collective theft is just as wrong, just as iniquitous as individual theft. It is absolutely essential that we all understand how wrong this extortion of taxation, (legalised plunder) is, as it is re-distributed to buy votes with welfare, and paying interest to the major Banks. The taxation/plunder by government breaks any faith in the ethical use of the Rule of Law, when the law legalises theft, how can there be any Justice. Which of these three principles should we live by?
1. When the few plunder the many?
2. When everybody plunders everybody else?
3. When nobody plunders anybody?
Partial plunder, universal plunder, absence of plunder, our choice has to be Justice for all and no plunder, that is the reason we banded together to form a government. The absence of plunder is the only principle of justice, peace, order, stability, conciliation, and of good sense that it is possible to support.
Can a citizen of Australia be Free or are we Slaves?
If for instance an individual man worked hard and prospered he most likely would appreciate the safety and security supplied by the community force and like tithings at church he most likely be willing to donate to its existence. Yet, if he suffered a great disadvantage, from a flood or a fire he would not consider taxing his local community and extorting the money from them on the threat that if they do not pay him he will destroy them and take everything they own. He would be considered a tyrant.
In comparison, the Modern State takes its own part in legalised theft, plunder or tax, and makes Laws to enforce the theft. Whenever the Modern Government suffer’s a disadvantage such as to pay its ever increasing politicians or staff, it has no scruples in demanding more wealth from the individuals and it uses its collective force to extort individuals into homeless destitution if they are unable to pay.
“They plunder, they slaughter, and they steal: this they falsely name Empire, and where they make a wasteland, they call it peace.”  Tacitus

The Object of Government has been Destroyed by its own Greed.
Modern government has acted in direct opposition to its proper goal, it has destroyed its own reason for its existence. Government theft, or extortion is just as unlawful as that committed by an individual, or a tyrant. Government has been employed in annihilating the Law which it was the reason it was established. It has removed the citizens Rights to own property, and the Right to defend that property against all comers. The Rule of Law which was governments true delegation to respect, has been replaced by politicians using the collective force of the State to plunder the wealth of the people and redistribute that wealth to the service of those who wish to benefit, without working for it and as its government theft, the people who have benefited most have not had to risk the lawful consequences such as their loss of liberty. Governments do not have absolute power, they have no power source that allows them to regulate our consciences, our ideas, our will, our education, our water our sentiments, our works, our trade, our gifts, our inheritance, our speech, our safety and our enjoyments.

Our governments have withdrawn Defence and Justice from the grasp of ordinary people, not just with their reversal of ‘law’ defending the criminal home invaders against the home defender, or the crazed mugger against the honest pedestrian with free legal aid and police that won’t prosecute as they do not want to appear ‘Racist’ or ‘Islamaphobic’. Governments, manufacture so many millions of pages of control legislation, using it as steel chains to enslave us all. Further to this, is that no longer can an individual either defend himself, or take a complaint to stand up for his Rights and Freedoms as the courts are a tight knit club that favours their own species. ‘Do It Yourself’ justice is not just discouraged but often the judges and courts are blatantly antagonistic to the citizen who cannot afford $500,000. to even begin to take on the government, or huge companies like banks or insurance companies. Again the law is used to overthrow Justice, leaving the individual defenceless.
Ignorance of Government Breeds Apathy and Allows the Government to Plunder.
Aldous Huxley, in his book, Brave New World, wrote of a citizenry of slaves who would love their enslavement. Huxley writes, “A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude.” This is precisely what our federal government has been trying to do to the Australian citizenry for decades now.
The recent Royal Commission into Banking is an insult to the use of the word Royal. It never exposed the major clearing house banks creation of debt, not just the individual’s debt that they manufacture to suit any loan that they need, but the government debt. Prior to 1921 the old Commonwealth Bank, set up by Prime Minister Andrew Fisher and MP King O Mally created the finance needed to build railroads to Western Australia and Northern Terroritry, they found the money to fight World War One without borrowing from the Major banks. That old system used the powers from the Commonwealth Constitution for the government to create credit on behalf of the individuals. After 1921 politicians, Traitors, sold that huge benefit to the major banks. Now when the government needs money to build a school it borrows it from one of the four major clearing house banks and uses a Treasury note to mortgage their ability to plunder the individuals wealth. They call this theft taxation and with this they pay the banks annual interest bill and borrow again for all their expenses. The Banks produce the government debt at no cost, but you and I, have to provide real wealth, wealth that we have worked for, to pay the government extortionists. The Banks in turn pay huge amounts into the Major parties election funds which again cost them nothing. For a 100 years Politicians, Traitors and Bankers have enslaved us all in chains of debt and taxes. That fraudulent use of the public credit decreases our meagre savings and builds a mountian of debt that our grandchildren will be paying for. They hold out carrots of welfare and import more slaves, who will vote for welfare. If the major plundering parties succeed in gaining a majority in both houses it won’t be a case of asking the last one to leave Australia to turn the lights off, as we won’t be able to afford to turn them on, nor will we be able to afford to leave, we will be minority in our own country bled white, left waiting for the tiny thread holding Damocles sword to break.
There is no Spring without Winter, without Mistakes there is no Learning. There is no Life without Death, without Doubts there is no Faith. There is no Peace without War, without Fear there is no Courage. For without Mistakes, Doubts and Fears there are no pathways to Wisdom.

"The Gun Is Civilization" By Maj. L. Caudill USMC (Ret)

Possessing any object specifically for the purpose of self-defence, lethal or non-lethal, is a criminal offence in Australia!!! There are many women, raped and/or murdered, who would have been liable to prosecution had they been carrying anything that might have saved them.

"The Gun Is Civilization"
By Maj. L. Caudill USMC (Ret)
Human beings only have two ways to deal with one another: reason and force. If you want me to do something for you, you have a choice of either convincing me via argument, or force me to do your bidding under threat of force. Every human interaction falls into one of those two categories, without exception. Reason or force, that’s it.
In a truly moral and civilized society, people exclusively interact through persuasion. Force has no place as a valid method of social interaction, and the only thing that removes force from the menu is the personal firearm, as paradoxical as it may sound to some.
When I carry a gun, you cannot deal with me by force. You have to use reason and try to persuade me, because I have a way to negate your threat or employment of force. The gun is the only personal weapon that puts a 100-pound woman on equal footing with a 220-pound mugger, a 75-year old retiree on equal footing with a 19-year old gangbanger, and a single gay guy on equal footing with a carload of drunk guys with baseball bats. The gun removes the disparity in physical strength, size, or numbers between a potential attacker and a defender.
There are plenty of people who consider the gun as the source of bad force equations. These are the people who think that we’d be more civilized if all guns were removed from society, because a firearm makes it easier for a mugger to do his job. That, of course, is only true if the mugger’s potential victims are mostly disarmed either by choice or by legislative fiat–it has no validity when most of a mugger’s potential marks are armed. People who argue for the banning of arms ask for automatic rule by the young, the strong, and the many, and that’s the exact opposite of a civilized society. A mugger, even an armed one, can only make a successful living in a society where the state has granted him a force monopoly.
Then there’s the argument that the gun makes confrontations lethal that otherwise would only result in injury. This argument is fallacious in several ways. Without guns involved, confrontations are won by the physically superior party inflicting overwhelming injury on the loser. People who think that fists, bats, sticks, or stones don’t constitute lethal force watch too much TV, where people take beatings and come out of it with a bloody lip at worst. The fact that the gun makes lethal force easier works solely in favor of the weaker defender, not the stronger attacker. If both are armed, the field is level. The gun is the only weapon that’s as lethal in the hands of an octogenarian as it is in the hands of a weightlifter. It simply wouldn’t work as well as a force equalizer if it wasn’t both lethal and easily employable.
When I carry a gun, I don’t do so because I am looking for a fight, but because I’m looking to be left alone. The gun at my side means that I cannot be forced, only persuaded. I don’t carry it because I’m afraid, but because it enables me to be unafraid. It doesn’t limit the actions of those who would interact with me through reason, only the actions of those who would do so by force. It removes force from the equation…and that’s why carrying a gun is a civilized act.

WAKE UP AUSTRALIA!!!

Thoughts For The Week.
“What you do in your lifetime will echo down through eternity”,
Marcus Aurelius
“Sleeping Nations either Die, or Wake Up as Slaves.”
Many of us have woken up and can only stare at the chains. If you breath you live, and if you live your life can be taken away from you, so you are involved in life. If you reproduce you have children which in turn creates your family. Families are the foundations of our society. We are not just observers, we have to be involved or we may as well be dead..
‘No Man is an Island’
No man is an island entire of itself; every man
is a piece of the continent, a part of the main;
if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe
is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as
well as any manner of thy friends or of thine
own were; any man’s death diminishes me,
because I am involved in mankind.
And therefore never send to know for whom
the bell tolls; it tolls for thee. By John Donne
So we all have responsibilities, a duty to our communities. During the last fifty years, Australians have been dumb-ed down, sent to slumber, wrapped in cotton wool, whilst the world outside has become a colder, darker harder, environment. The rubber band keeps getting stretched, and increasingly vile and aberrant practices are being championed and embraced. Australia’s Politicians and Judges are literally flirting with the idea of normalizing and main streaming paedophilia, and still the church’s say and do nothing. To much guilt, maybe?
Justice Michael Kirby an advocate for sex at any age, in his version of Human Rights is being investigated again. http://www.pickeringpost.com/story/commission-s-hands-and-tongues-are-tied-/5482

Media Controller George Soros. Funder to Friends of the ABC &SBS, “Get Up”.
Those that control the media control the minds, those that control the minds control the world.
They have made us into tax slaves. We are the cows to be milked. . 20 % of the working population work to support those that won’t. The balance are children, politicians, pensioners, bankers, public servants and the unemployable, who need the ever decreasing tax earners to produce more money for them.
We have a Federal Election in a Few Months. If You Do Nothing You Will Be Tightening Your Chains.
Yes, we have been betrayed by both sides. If Australia is to have a chance at surviving we need to ensure that the balance of power is with Independent, or Minor Parties. Don’t go back to sleep and feel sorry for yourself, that will change nothing. Both major parties and the greens are all bad news, LNP would need a miracle to win, Labor will more than likely win. Very depressing for some, but not a fig leaf separates their agenda’s. We only have one salvation, that is to help elect as many Independents, or minor party politicians as possible. 2 million licensed shooters can make the difference, we are nearly 20% of the people that actually vote out of the 13 million electorate.
Firearm Owners Should Be The Most Motivated as They Have Suffered The Most.
All real Australians have been betrayed, but those who have suffered the most are the pillars of our society. The 2 million firearm owners. Those who have to open their home for inspection and have regular security checks. Those who have suffered the most impositions of any innocent people have ever had to bear. Forced attendances and fee’s, fines for registering your own property, losses of property, searches without warrant, or cause, restrictions on the use of your property and who you can bequeath it to. The worse imposition which actually impacts on their neighbours is that all of us, have lost the right to protect ourselves. Money (The Banks), are protected by firearms, politicians and police are protected by firearms but not the common old citizen. Currently, the police commissioners are on the news, ordering people to comply with home invaders. Their advice is to cower down, give them the keys to your safe, and your car, let them rape your wife and daughters. Just put your hands up and give in?
The State has a sacred Duty to Defend its Citizens, when it fails in that Duty, the Duty not just the Right devolves to the Citizens themselves.
In fact people that do defend themselves are in a lot of trouble, prosecuted for assault, or murder and berated by the media as a Nazi Racist. The perpetrators are turned into poor students, they are down on their luck, they have a great future to look forward to. TV images of weeping mothers with photos of poor Eugene at school, who has spent many years beating up old ladies for their pension money.
We have sat back and allowed the traitors to move into the Halls of Power.
The Treason List.
1. They have stolen our human right to defend our families, our property and our lives.
2. They have stolen our future by agreeing to the Paris Climate Accord which is breaking our standard of living and destroying our ability to manufacture and compete.
3. They have stolen our present and future by signing the Lima Agreement in 1974 agreeing to remove all import tariffs sending our manufacturing industries to China. To compound the losses of our jobs and industry they sign the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement.
4.They commit treason by allowing the foreign money power, such as the George Sorus, Rupert Murdoch, James Packers of this world to control our media, when the media has control- they control the minds, and the minds control the countries. All recorded under the legislation but corruptly unhindered due to the donations to ‘Get Up’ and the unions which then donates the money back to political party election funds.
5. These traitors have knowingly assisted the importation of criminal gangs, who do not accept our laws, our religion, or way of life. They sold Australia out for 30 pieces of silver, for votes and cheap labour. Setting even more parasites on our ever expanding welfare system.
6. They commit treason by extorting taxation, milk us like cows, with the threats of forced bankruptcy if you do not pay, only to give it away to other countries, some whom hate us.
7. They commit treason by selling the constitutional right for the nation, to create its own credit without interest, to the international big banks in exchange for donations to their party funds. They enslaved us, and made us dependent on the big four who exploit us every day.
8. They have stolen our defence forces and our defence industries leaving us incapable of defending ourselves, with our 59 tanks of which maybe 30 are mobile at any one time, 5 submarines, 14 ships, 50 fighters, if that many are air worthy. $35 billion is the Australian annual defence budget (more than the budget of China) but where does this go, definitely not to our assets. We have no fuel refineries, and only 22 days reserve of fuel supply for the whole country. We have the oil under our feet but they won’t allow us to use it. The ADF has had its ‘esprit de corps; destroyed, showing their demise in the Sydney Gay Mardi Gras. The grand tragedy is that we do not produce any significant weapons systems ourselves.
Defenceless.
Underlining the exposed nature of Australia’s position, there is no record in the history of warfare of one party holding back until another is combat ready.
Senator Major General (Retired) Molan warned that Australia was one of the few places in the world without a government-mandated strategic reserve of fuel, and that if conflict broke out in our region and current stockpiles of petrol, diesel and aviation fuel ran dry, the military would effectively be grounded. After a relatively minor ship collision (because of weather conditions), the offshore berth at Hay Point #1 took over 3 months to re-commission the berth. “A target of 90 days reserves by 2026 to meet some IEA commitment is not good strategy.” “I can’t imagine that armoured vehicles in the forces in the near future are going to work off renewable or off electricity or off whatever,” he told news.com.au last year.

Our Collins Class next to a Tinny.
For example, local service stations have told me that there is an 8 – 10 days supply of fuel, based on NO panic buying. A tanker driver said that at times when tankers were delayed in port, Queensland had only 2 days supply. 80% of the time a diesel submarine requires diesel to supply air for the men and power to the engines. Without this it cannot operate underwater, leaving them on the surface of the water travelling at approx 10 knots. If our submarines have to leave Perth to go to the trouble hot spots in the South China Sea 3500 miles away, that’s at best 340 hours which equals to 14 days going and 14 days to come back for refuelling. Meanwhile China operates a fleet of 68 submarines which include nuclear missile carrying as well as conventional submarines. They have two aircraft carriers and are building more. China has fitted a Hyper Velocity Rail Gun on to a warship and can now mass produce small-medium sized, highly programmed, autonomous, underwater, unmanned aerial vehicles with which it plans to saturate the Yellow, East China and South China Seas.

Russian Typhoon class sub.
The Chinse Navy is training with these latest undersea drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in a big way under the label Artificial Intelligence (AI). Even small (1+kg) – medium (50-1,000 kg) UAVs can be weaponised, like unmanned Kamikazes to slam themselves into ships and other targets.
How Low Do We Have To Fall.
We are now living in an age where murderous perverted vermin are protected and rewarded.
Where decent people are conditioned to think it is their duty to work hard for a pittance, so their taxes and national insurance contributions can be used to financially support and provide the education and healthcare of fast breeding workshy immigrants.
Where self made freaks are applauded and feted.
Where small children are encouraged to question their gender.
Where pensioners remain homeless so immigrants and so called refugees can be housed.
Where heroes are charged with killing the enemies they are sent to fight.
Where the rape of women and children is covered up by the press and police, so as not to offend the imported communities that the filthy rapists come from.
Where Australian parents cannot chastise their children, but imported Islamic followers can honour-kill, mutilate and give their children in marriage to paedophiles.
Where truth is now a hate crime.
Where truth tellers are victimised, hounded, lied about and imprisoned.
Where justice has been replaced by candle lit vigils and the laying of flowers.
Where governments work against their own people and invite the enemy in, rather than keep them from our shores.
Where protection of the weak and vulnerable has been replaced by the victimization of the frail and fallible and where national pride and patriotism is now considered racist.
Wherever these parasites end up, they will bring that place down to third world standards, and our politicians call it “the richness and the diversity of multiculturalism.

Candidates Like Fraser Annig who stand up and be counted.
Time Waits For No Man.
If Australians do not use our huge natural resources to defend themselves, more energetic people will come and take it from us, they will use it to conquer the world.
We have to get motivated, if we can elect Independents (minor parties) to have the balance of power we might have a chance, it might save our children and grandchildren lives, or prevent a hundred years under the oppressors boot.
The hard facts are here, we are not going to get out of this mess without putting in a lot of effort. The sooner the people realize it, the sooner we can get on with the fight. If you are serious about defending Australian freedoms, please read on.
Our Desperate Condition.
A. We have Lib/Lab/ Nat Green Traitors Showing their plans to cover the Australia with a spider-web of transmission lines connecting wind/solar ‘farms’ sending piddling amounts of intermittent power to distant consumers and to expensive battery and backups – all funded by electricity consumers, tax-assisted speculators and foreign debt.
B. We are the world’s biggest coal exporter but have not built a big coal-fired power station for eleven years. We have massive deposits of uranium but 100% of this energy is either exported, or stopped by our bunch of elitist traitors.
C. Our continent suffers recurrent droughts but has not built a major water supply dam for about 40 years, and the average age of our hydro-electric plants is 48 years. And when the floods do come, desperate farmers watch as years of rain water rush past to irrigate distant oceans. They attack anyone who proposes the Bradfield Plan and call them right wing extremist, but water for the inland is desperately needed and this brilliant plan has been ignored since 1935.
D. At one time, Australia was a world leader in exploration and drilling – it is now a world leader in legalism, red tape and environmental obstructionism. There are large deposits of oil in Central Queensland in the form of oil shale (different from shale oil we have that as well) which can be extracted from within 40 m of the surface using conventional open-cut and retort techniques, and an opportunity to develop a strategically important, inland petrochemical industry to secure supply of diesel, petrol, avgas and other commercially profitable products close to where they are needed. A new independent petrol-chemical industry in Central Queensland would allow much needed competition at the bowsers. There is a refinery that is in moth balls at Gladstone held up by government interference.
E. At one time our Federal government and the states encouraged oil and gas exploration with geological mapping and research – now they restrict land and sea access and limit exports. At one time, Australia was a world leader in refining metals and petroleum – now our expensive unreliable electricity and red/green tape are driving these industries and their jobs overseas. There are also large as yet little explored oil deposits around Australia, especially offshore, but offshore drilling is expensive, has long lead times, the results are uncertain, and we still need refinery capability. Opening up our oil shale reserves in Central Queensland offers significant advantages on many fronts including transport security and immunity from port or shipping problems. We should be in a position to not rely on imports, and be ready in an emergency to rapidly ramp up production.
F. At one time Australia’s CSIRO was respected for research that supported industry and for doing useful things like controlling rabbits and prickly pear and developing better crops and pastures. Now CSIRO panders to global warming hysteria and promotes the fairy story that carbon taxes and emissions targets can change the world’s climate.
G. At one time, young Australians excelled in maths, science and engineering. Now, they are brain-washed in gender studies, green energy, non-science and environmental activism.
H. At one time, the opening of a railway or the discovery of oil, coal, nickel or uranium made headlines. Today’s Aussies harass explorers and developers, but will queue for days at the release of the latest iPad.
I. At one time, Australia had a big coastal fleet carrying passengers and goods and catching fish. We used to have an efficient Rail Network. Now our roads are jammed with large vans and road trains and we import seafood.
J. At one time Australians were proud of our history, our ancestors and our achievements – now we are supposed to feel guilty and apologise.
The Islamic’s want Sharia Law imposed on all Australians.
The Islamic community continually lobby our quisling politicians to increase Muslim immigration and refugees. Australian Bureau of Statistics show net overseas migration for the year ending 30 June 2017 was 245,000, plus 24,162 refugees, plus 20,000 vias over stays, and more illegally that we do not know about. Australia has now the fastest population increase of any country in the OECD, but our birth rate is declining. Why? Australia is adding a new legal overseas migrant at a rate of one every two minutes and 20 seconds.
While mass immigration boosts the overall GDP figure and makes politicians “look as if they are doing well”, we “don’t have growth per capita”. “It’s not accidental,” Mr Dick Smith said. “All these extra people are forcing people out and making it more expensive to have kids.”
Dr Jane O’Sullivan, from University of Brisbane, said “Australia was effectively “running to stand still” to keep pace with the infrastructure needed to accommodate new arrivals.”
It costs more than $100,000 in public money per person that we add to our population, “The cost of every extra person becomes more expensive because suddenly you have to build road tunnels, high-rises, refit increased sewerage capacity.”
Mr Dick Smith said. “I get stopped in the street all the time, people say: ‘Dick, it’s terrible, 14 per cent youth unemployment, my grand-kids can’t get a job.‘ With automation and robotics there will be fewer meaningful jobs, we’ll end up just being a nation selling coffee to each other.” “It’s a pretty socially regressive situation where young people are forced to move from where they grew up and where all their family and friends are, just because the government wants to run a Big Australia policy.”
The ABC criticised Senator Anning Fraser for stating that 56 % Australia’s Islamic employable are on Welfare, but stated themselves.
“The data indicated that working-age Muslims, compared to people claiming other religious affiliations, had the lowest workforce participation rate at 57 per cent.”

Our Elitist Traitors in Canberra condemn the minor parties and Fraser Anning for calls for Australia to leave the United Nations yet recently Somalia joined China, Cuba, Iraq, Pakistan, Qatar & Saudi Arabia to win a seat on the UN Human Rights Council. The Somali government has banned the celebration of Christmas, claiming that Christianity threatens the country’s Islamic heritage. This is how Christians are treated under Sharia laws throughout Asia, Africa and the Middle East. According to the Sharia laws:
– There is no freedom of religion or freedom of speech.
– There is no equality between people (the non-Muslim is not equal to the Muslim).
– There are no equal rights for men and women.
– There is no democracy or a separation between religion and state politics.
Child marriage, forced marriage, child brides, polygamy, FGM, acid attacks, honour killings, beheading and stoning are all part of their normal day.
You might have noticed that there is a disproportionate amount of crime emanating from these recent imports. They are not all law breakers, but on conviction they and their families should be returned to their country of primary nationality, even if they were born here, if they have a dual nationality send them back.
ELECTIONS
We do not have much time left before the elections, start campaigning now for local and senate independents and minor party. We have to have an impact, if 2 million voters withdraw their votes from the Major Parties who have betrayed us, they not only fail to get a majority in both houses but miss out on 8 million dollars nearly $4. a vote that the electoral commission pays them from your taxation theft. Its now, or never, make a difference or suffer the consequences in silence.
If the progression of what we are seeing daily is not troubling to you, then you should check your pulse; You may just be dead.
There is no Spring without Winter, without Mistakes there is no Learning. There is no Life without Death, without Doubts there is no Faith. There is no Peace without War, without Fear there is no Courage. For without Mistakes, Doubts and Fears there are no pathways to Wisdom.
