How many times have we seen these words on street sandwich boards? Thousands of times worldwide, but then it was mostly of a religious nature, the so called Christian God about to strike humanity with his wrath! But global warming climate change is not about some mythical invisible God striking us all down, global warming climate change is man made, & it will be a real End Of The World event.

Why is the government doing nothing to stabilize climate change at its present level? Mostly because they are corrupt to the core & greedy. To stabilize global warming climate change at its present level all coal mines need to be closed, we need to stop burning coal & exporting coal to other countries. We need to stop destroying our forest areas for timber production, we need to stop logging. We need to stop burning oil, we need to reduce the amount of traffic on our roads.

Now this is a big ask, the big corporations will not stop production on their own accord, & the government will not force them to stop production. It all comes down to money , greed & lifestyle. The majority of people in Australia could rise up now & sack the government & take control, they could introduce a new non corrupt governing system, but they won’t. Why won’t they? Because of money & lifestyle. Miners & loggers do not want to lose their jobs, & the wealthy do not want to change their lifestyles. Well here is some news for you, as global warming climate change increases, there is likely to be massive blackouts, because as the temperature rises, air conditioners will be turned up & the grid will not be able to handle it. In the areas where it gets colder,  then electric heating will be turned up & this too will cause blackouts. No electricity = no cooking, no water, not toilets, no lighting, no heating, no cooling, the end of your lifestyle.

As for those people not wanting to lose their jobs, well there will not be any jobs on a dead planet!!! People are placing a bigger priority on making money, keeping their jobs & maintaining their present lifestyle over & above survival itself! First as global warming climate change increases, we will experience TEOTWAWKI (the end of the world as we know it). This will force a change in wealthy lifestyles because without electricity cities will close down & be dangerous places to live in. Crime rates will soar; looting, home invasions, violence & killings. Some areas will get much hotter; other places will get much colder. Extremes in weather conditions will increase; more droughts & more floods. There will be crop failures & food & water shortages. With no electricity supermarkets & fuel stations will close. No fuel=no transport. How many work places do you think will remain open with no electricity?

This could last for years, the police can’t help or protect people now, so they certainly won’t be able to help people when the shtf! The military will probably step in & martial law will be introduced, but this will only inconvenience law abiding citizens, just as our misplaced laws do now, it will not stop crime. Eventually living above ground will not be possible; many people are going to die. In the end it will mean the extinction of all life on earth, & all this because our government is corrupt & the majority of people fail to rise up & take control.

We can’t really prepare for this one, we can arm ourselves so that we can protect our families, and we can store food so we will not starve immediately. We can store water so that we do not die of thirst immediately, but many will die along the way. Every day I see a new petition on animal rights, protecting the Great Barrier Reef, stop live export, and make cannabis legally available to cancer sufferers. But where are the petitions to save the world??? Nothing else we want or need is important anymore in the face of total extinction of all life on our planet. We may survive global warming climate change, our children & our grandchildren MAY survive, but our great grandchildren MAY not survive. Think about that. Is your job or your lifestyle that important to you that you are prepared to cause the end of all life on earth?

The eternal war between the Individual and the State ebbs and flows with the same regularity as the oceans tide. Last week, on 23rd June (Britains Independence Day) the individuals stood up and voted to break away from the tyranny of the European Parliament. The little guys won, the smaller more independent parties finally beat the media/bank/big political party machine. Lets hope its not a one off.

We are living in a vary exciting time, due to many factors, one large one being the internet, facebook and twitter the individual are competing with mass media. Mass media, due to its reduction in advertising revenue is in decline, not quite like a falling star, but faster than anyone could have envisaged five years ago. The Trump phenomena is still tied to big party Republicans politics, but the died in the wool Republicans hate him, as he is financially & morally independent of them all. They cannot control him and he has successfully used his ‘one liners’ to set up the main stream media to rail against him, knowing that his  ‘one liners’ are irrefutable to the common man and woman, ‘the individuals’. We are the people who are fed up, with Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dummer politics, we will be the people who cause the revival of individual power. No longer are we going to be the meat in the sandwich with left wing buying votes for immigrants and right wing importing cheap labour, at the cost of higher GST to pay the ‘fly in’ welfare bill. Australia still  needs a Nigel Farage UKIP, or a Trump to unify the middle ground, but as we go to the poll next Saturday we have for the first time lots of choices, Martin Turnbull (turncoat) who is very acceptable to all the major bankers like Goldman Sachs and Bill Shorten who is acceptable to left wing unions, both are smiling as they re-arrange the deck chairs on the Titanic, just hours before it hits the iceberg. Both are glancing forwards to see the Independent  imminent iceberg slowly but surely approaching. Look hard the smiles are only a façade to cover their fear.

We Should All Know Who To Vote For. Have you Contacted your Local Candidates Yet.
Lots of readers, of this Bulletin have contacted me asking for advice on who to vote for, some have asked me to print a suggested ballot paper out, but they do not realise that this humble message goes to 10,000 shooters in ever State and electorate in Australia, even Tasmania, as there are so many variations it is impossible and would only confuse the issue.
So to simplify, just keep this loud and clear in your minds and please pass this on to all of your friends and families. All major parties, in all states are fully aware and concerned about the growing resentment against them by Australia’s middle ground, added to this is there concern that the 2 million licensed shooters in Australia which equated to 15 % of the voting public is a larger factor than the traditional middle ground swinging voters.

This Has Held Back The New National Firearm Agreement.
Twice this past year the Police Ministers from every State have met with the Commonwealth Justice Minister and they have adjourned the decision on a new altered NFA. The Commonwealth Government has refused FOI requests from Dr Samara McPhedran, (Senior Research Fellow at Griffith University’s Violence Research and Prevention Program,) submitted a FOI in March 2016 to access the documents mentioned in a News.com.au article that the government has been circulating since November 2015. The FOI request was denied by Stephen Bouwhuis, Assistant Secretary at the Attorney-General’s Department.
Mr Bouwhuis confirmed the document existed, however refused to disclose it. He said in a letter to McPhedran, “I do not consider that it would be in the public interest to disclose this document”.
“The information contained in the document was communicated to the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department by or on behalf of state or territory governments on a confidential basis, for the purposes of discussions about the proposed agreement,” he said in the letter.

“Following consultations with the relevant state or territory government agencies, a majority of agencies objected to the disclosure of the document on the basis that it would disclose information provided to the Commonwealth in confidence.”

Blind Freddy can understand from Stephen Bouwhuis statement that the major parties have a bad plan for us, that they don’t want to announce before the election because they fear a huge backlash at the ballot box from the shooting community. Even the process is obviously corrupt as it is a case of ‘Caesar judging Caesar’, the Justice Department runs the COAG meetings and the FDA and it also controls all Freedom of Information requests. So its no surprise that Caesar won’t allow us to see the document.

If the major parties have a huge cut in there vote percentages they will not have the guts to rip a new FDA into the Australian shooters. On the other hand if one of them has a huge majority we can dig a big hole and get ready to bury your tears. So no one has an excuse, so do your duty vote against the big four.

Vote instead for the Shooters Party, or Liberal Democrats, (Senator David Leyonhjelm) or Katters Party, or One Nation, or Liberal Alliance, or any sympathetic Independent. We all should be on the telephone, or on the email asking all of these parties, even our traditional enemies, Liberal Labour, Nationals and the Greens what improvements are they going to make for licenced shooters, don’t be discouraged by the long silence as every time they are asked and answer in a negative, or lie, they know they are losing votes, the bad guys are not known for their silence, they will never publically support us, but they will complain to their party henchmen and blame their losses on the shooters, so please get motivated and annoy them at this crucial time. They won’t listen again, like this for four years.

History of Treason in Parliament.
Many shooters have emailed in references to Section 44 of the Commonwealth Constitution and asked why we have Muslims in parliament who give their Allegiance and Adherence to a foreign power, the political orientation of Islam when section 44 states,
Disqualification.
44. Any person who-
(i.) Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power,
How can they honestly take the Oath of Allegiance?
I, A.B., do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Her heirs and successors according to law. SO HELP ME GOD!

These issues of ‘Allegiance’ are the product of the Bill of Rights and were codified there in the Oath of Allegiance followed by,
“That the said Lords Spirituall and Temporall and Commons being the two Houses of Parlyament should continue to sitt and with their Majesties Royall Concurrence make effectuall Provision for the Setlement of the Religion Lawes and Liberties of this Kingdome soe that the same for the future might not be in danger againe of being subverted. That noe Forreigne Prince Person Prelate, State or Potentate hath or ought to have any Jurisdiction Power Superiority Preeminence or Authoritie Ecclesiasticall or Spirituall within this Realme Soe helpe me God.”

As you can see the problem that they were addressing was very similar to what we now face in all countries of Western civilisation. Infiltration and subversion from leaders whose real interest is in a religious ideology that has its own separate political agenda to Australia. In the days when the Bill or Rights was written it was ‘Popery’ and today it is Islam. That document the Bill of Rights  is also relevant to shooter in Australia due to its other provisions,

“Disarming Protestants, &c.
By causing severall good Subjects being Protestants to be disarmed at the same time when Papists were both Armed and Imployed contrary to Law.”

Subjects’ Arms.

That the Subjects which are Protestants may have Arms for their Defence suitable to their Conditions and as allowed by Law.

John Locke wrote  ‘The Second Treatise of Civil Government’ which inspired the freedoms and rights listed in every Bill of Rights since 1689.

That document is also our Bill of Rights and it is the Bill of Rights that the Americans copied into their Bill of Rights which are included as amendments to their Constitution and in our case are acknowledged under the Coronation Oath which every Monarch submits to. As power of assent to all laws flows from the Crown the Governors and Governor Generals should not give assent to laws that are in breach of those Constitutional documents such as the Bill of Rights and Magna Carta that limit the Crown powers.

So why won’t our Parliament disqualify the Muslim members of parliament, why won’t our Parliamentary members uphold the provisions of the Bill of Rights? Same reasons for both problems. Just look at the next provision in our Commonwealth Constitution Section 45.

“Vacancy on happening of disqualification.
45. If a senator or member of the House of Representatives-

(i.) Becomes subject to any of the disabilities mentioned in the last preceding section: or

(iii.) Directly or indirectly takes or agrees to take any fee or honorarium for services rendered to the Commonwealth, or for services rendered in the Parliament to any person or State: his place shall thereupon become vacant.”

As all party politicians take an honorarium and are paid election expenses after pre-selection by a political party, which is paid to them on the basis that they render a service to the Party once they are elected, they should all be Disqualified. This provision was thoughtfully placed in the Constitution by our founding fathers Henry Parks and Sir William (Good Iron Mac) Mc Millen to prevent Party control of our Australian Parliament. They wanted our representatives to represent the individuals not Political Parties. So on the basis of “Those that live in Glass Houses should not throw Stones” our party politicians will never complain as they have to so  we the people have to accept treason as a daily occurrence in our halls of government. That does not mean we just walk away from it, we have to tell everyone we know about it, we have to keep striving to change things and regain our freedoms. Its not much of a choice its simple either Vote for Liberty or Tyranny.

(It MUST FIRST GO TO A REFERENDUM) including ANY TREATIES signed on our behalf.

PM Billy Hughes did not hold a referendum of "The People" to remove the Queen as our Head of State or Monarch as is often the Fallacy of "The People and Government" and in FACT if any agreement has been signed by the Government of Australia that is to in any way to alter, interfere with or Change our Constitution in ANY WAY, that agreement is VOID, UNLawful and is Unconstitutional unless "The People allowed for it at referendum"!

We will rely on groups such as yours to present researched evidence and a plan to deal with major issues such as Economy, Farming, Manufacturing, Import/Exports, Banking System, Climate Change, Coal Seam Gas (Fracking), Water Flouridation, Aged Pensions, Aboriginal issues, Military - Veteran Affairs and Police Issues, Laws, Health, Education and on and on it goes. 
If your group have done the research and you have the evidence and a plan to implement; that is far more than the current government have, but it needs to be translucent so "The People" can understand what they are voting on.
Therefore, we encourage you to chose a candidate to run as an Independent in every state against the major parties and put forward your plan. your knowledge of the Constitution and your promise to reinstate our Constitution and to hold Citizen Initiated Referendums will be high on the criteria agenda and expected from our future responsible government.

However, this PEACEFUL or VELVET REVOLUTION that as has been suggested we call it, requires us all to UNITE as ONE for a short period of 3 Days.

This NON-VIOLENT VELVET REVOLUTION to overthrow a Complete Government WITHOUT VIOLENCE OR WAR will go down in history and WE CAN and WILL ACHIEVE IT with UNITY!

Please consider joining us under your own banner, but we must be UNITED as ONE on the following Constitutional matters:
There are elections coming up in some states, tell everyone to vote independent, if everyone did that we wouldn't need a VELVET REVOLUTION, but we only vote for Independents who promise to reinstate our Constitution 1900 and who promise to initiate Citizen Initiated Referendums on all major issues.

Independent Parties also need to realise that political parties are unconstitutional and so is our two party preferred voting system, so candidates need to run as true Independents. 
This current TWO PARTY PREFERRED voting system is ONLY PREFERRED by the two preferred parties and it just so happens that (LIBERAL and LABOUR) are classed as the two preferred parties due to unconstitutional swapping of preferences (surprise, surprise). 
This ongoing pingpong voting system is unfair, unconstitutional and corrupt to the core and they are whittling away our RIGHTS, LIBERTIES and FREEDOMS as they implement unlawful and unconstitutional Legislation and Acts against our own people and they MUST BE REMOVED!

So too is their Unconstitutional Government Retirement Pensions which will cost the "Australian Tax Payers" A$833,886,220 over the next 20 years, this is a government system we can't afford and as stated by the Liberal Government in their own words
"The Age of Entitlement is OVER"!
These government retirement pensions will be stopped and used to pay down Australia's deficit, No-One receives a pension after they are sacked from their position and now neither will they. We don't mind paying them a very decent remuneration while they are implementing "The Will of The People", but this Retirement Pension Rort must come to an end!

PLANNED VELVET REVOLUTION FOR 2015:

Our Commonwealth Constitution 1900 is indissoluble and contains all our RIGHTS, LIBERTIES and FREEDOMS within it, it must be read in conjunction with the Hansard Constitution Convention Debates; during these debates the meaning of every word and every sentence was debated to understand it's meaning.
The Framers of our Constitution set it up that way so that
"The People Rule Supreme" and the Government Ministers were intended to ONLY represent 
"The Will of THE PEOPLE"!

We intend to re-instate the Constitution 1900 and all major laws are to be voted on by "The People" by way of a Citizen's Initiated Referendum as was intended by the "Framers of the Constitution" the majority of votes from each state determines if it is to become law, it is ONLY then that the Constitution can be changed or altered and this is the True Democratic System which is what the Framers of the Constitution intended and this Lawful and Constitutional system will continue to protect "The People of The Commonwealth of Australia" well into the future!

WHO EXACTLY DID PRIME MINISTER'S OF AUSTRALIA SWEAR AN OATH TO and
HOW CAN WE FIX THIS MESS?

Anthony John Abbott:

The British-born conservative and monarchist opted to be sworn in with an oath to the Queen, marking the first incoming leader to take such a pledge since former conservative leader John Howard in 1996.
At a small private ceremony in Canberra eleven days after his landslide election victory, Mr Abbott, 55, was sworn in by the Governor-General, Quentin Bryce, at Government House in Canberra. Watched by his parents, wife Margie and three daughters, Mr Abbott, a former Rhodes Scholar, took his oath on the Bible and declared:
"I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Queen Elizabeth the second, the Queen of Australia."

FACTS:
As a self proclaimed Monarchist Tony Abbott would be aware that Queen Elizabeth the second was not and is not the Queen of Australia, she is the Queen of England and only Australia's Monarch, the Queen of England is not the "Queen of Australia" and neither are her Heirs or Successors!
Therefore, who did Tony Abbott really swear an oath to?
(Remember this, legally, it is ALL in the wording used and contracted to)

Tony Abbott with his alleged knowledge of the Constitution and Monarchy would have been well aware of this at the time of his "OATH" but did not correct the wording and he has not abided by the Constitution during his entire term in office.
For Example: When the Abbott Liberal government were trying to pass Bills to implement change after he became Prime Minister and the Labor government were voting against the Bills to stop them from being implemented, this is known as a "Hung Parliament" because they can't agree on a way forward, if Tony Abbott studied the Constitution AT ALL he would be aware that the correct Constitutional procedure is to call a "Plebiscite - which is a urgent Citizen Referendum of "THE PEOPLE", where "The People" decide the outcome.
This was never the case and many Bills have not been passed due to Labor blocking the Bills and visa versa when Labor were in power, therefore, urgent matters facing "The People" of the Commonwealth of Australia have still not been resolved.

Kevin Rudd & Julia Gillard:

Former Labor leaders Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard – both supporters of a republic - dropped the oath to the Queen during their pledges in 2007 and 2010 and instead pledged to serve the Commonwealth.

FACTS:
No Prime Minister can drop the oath to the Queen of England, we are NOT A REPUBLIC.
If a Prime Minister swears an OATH to the "Commonwealth of Australia" they must also swear an oath to the Queen of England because she is our Monarch and so to are her Heirs and Successors. It was Queen Victoria the Second (The Queen of England at the time) and her Proclamation that gave "The People" the power to govern Australia and from which our Constitution Act 1900 was initiated.

In addition, Rudd and Gillard swore an Oath to the Commonwealth?

The FACT that our Constitution is indissoluble, causes great distress and frustration for our past and current governments, which is why both sides have been pushing so hard for a Republic, if they can achieve this then they can rewrite the rules we all have to live by, with NO CONSENT from "The People" of the Commonwealth of Australia and they can dictate our lives to us.
This is why both sides have sabotaged our Constitution to make it appear inadequate, so "The People" would become complacent and not believe in the supreme constitutional powers it holds within it.

An Example of how our Constitutional Power still rules supreme is the two referendums held on the subject of the Federal government recognising Councils as a third tier of government in the Constitution and if Australian's wanted to become a Republic?

* Local Government Bodies Referendum Results:
To give the Commonwealth powers to borrow money for, and to make financial assistance grants directly to, any local government body Result: 18 May 1974, (Not Carried) 46.85% said YES, however, 53.15% said NO!

Outcome: Both State and Federal Government chose to ignore the lawful and constitutionally correct referendum of "The People",
and the state government through their state constitution established both
• Local Government Bodies and
• Borrow Money for Local Government Grants and are
Committing Treason and Fraud!

*Local Government Referendum Results:
To recognise local government in the Constitution.
Result: 3 September 1988 (Not Carried) 33.62% said YES, however, a resounding 66.38% said NO!

Outcome: Both Federal and State governments now recognise Local Government as a third tier of government, completely ignoring the constitutional referendum of "The People" and committing Treason and Fraud.

*Republic Referendum Results:
To alter the Constitution to establish the Commonwealth of Australia as a republic with the Queen and Governor-General being replaced by a President appointed by a two-thirds majority of the members of the Commonwealth Parliament
Result: 6 November 1999 (Not Carried) 45.13% said YES, 54.87% said NO.

Outcome: Both Liberal and Labor Party Leaders and Parties have carried on and supported the Corporate Government Business as "Commonwealth Australia" a registered corporation
on the US Security Exchange in Delaware as "Commonwealth Australia" Registration Certificate
No is 0000805157"
All Parliamentarians have been blatantly ignoring the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia and representing our country as a corporation and as though we are a Republic (evidence below)

DECLARING WAR:
The corporate government "Commonwealth Australia" do not seek Constitutional authority from either the Queen of England or the Governor General on many major issues effecting our Nation and the corporate government did not seek a Writ from the Governor General on a life threatening issue as important as declaring WAR on Iraq. In order for Australia to go to WAR with ANY country a Writ must first be issued by the Governor General declaring WAR against the said country and as there was no Writ issued and the WAR on Iraq was only authorised by the corporate government; they have forced the Commonwealth of Australia's Military to unconstitutionally invaded Iraq.
Due to their action alone they have brought WAR against Australian Citizens through their Dominican Republic alliance and the unconstitutional invasion of Iraq and this gives further grounds to lawfully remove them from their seats.

So how did the corporate government implement these unconstitutional Local Government Bodies, Republican Rule, Laws, Legislation and Acts?
Because we "The People" have been asleep at the helm and unaware of the TRUE POWER our Constitution holds.
"The Annotated Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia RULES SUPREME", as no-one sits above the Constitution but below it and our Constitution gives the POWER to "THE PEOPLE" to Rule our Parliament, and therefore also the government!

It should now be very obvious to you that past Prime Ministers have sworn an oath not to our Constitution or "The People" of the Commonwealth of Australia but instead to their own corporate government "Commonwealth Australia" Registration No is 0000805157" as a Corporation.

Therefore, Rudd, Gillard and Abbott plus all previous Prime Ministers going back to and including Edward Gough Whitlam were and are still sitting in an unlawful unconstitutional capacity as Prime Ministers of the Commonwealth of Australia and any laws, legislation or Acts that they implemented during their term in office is unlawful and unconstitutional and will be thoroughly investigated and removed when found unconstitutional.

GOVERNOR GENERAL:
The current Governor General "Peter Cosgrove" will also be issued a Prerogative Writ of Mandamus, as he was appointed by High Court Judge "Chief Justice Robert French" to the position of Governor General (the Highest Position in the Commonwealth of Australia) This is completely unconstitutional for someone below the Governor Generals Station to swear in the Governor General of Australia.
The functions of the Governor General include guiding and appointing ministers, judges and ambassadors of the correct procedures of the Constitution,
giving the royal assent to legislation, issuing writs for elections and war and bestowing honours on behalf of the Queen of England (as though the Queen herself were here)
If the Queen of England didn't swear in Peter Cosgrove as her Governor General or she reneged on her responsibility as our Monarch to do so, the choice should have gone to a "Plebiscite" which is an URGENT Referendum of "The People"!

SO HOW DO WE FIX THIS MESS?
Consecutive corporate governments have committed Fraud, Treason and Unconstitutional Acts against the "SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA.
They have been implementing unlawful and unconstitutional Legislation and Acts that undermine our RIGHTS, LIBERTIES and FREEDOMS and it is up to us to bring FREEDOM, LIBERTY, INTEGRITY, JUSTICE and HONOUR back into OUR Parliaments of Australia through the reinstating and re empowering of the
• Constitution Act 1900
• The Annotated Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia 1901
• The Hansard Constitution Convention Debates of the Framers of the Constitution at that time; as every word and every sentence was debates so as there was NO misinterpretation to the meaning of our Constitution and
• Citizen Initiated Referendums that are transparent with FOR and AGAINST evidence so "The People" can make an informed decision to vote.
• Rid ourselves of the unconstitutional (Two Party Preferred voting system) as it is only preferred by the two major parties
• Stop preference voting and
• Stop Swapping of Preferences and
• Initiate a new Voting System of
Independent Candidates ONLY
who VOW to abide by the above

The Constitution is that simple to understand and as John Howard stated during his term in office "Ignorance is NO EXCUSE"!
