In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the Veterans United Network
States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
The Statement of Purpose from the Senate Bill reads: "To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty." The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry, now get this, on all private guns and ammo.
Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

Australian Citizen's Problems.

Australian Citizen’s
Problems as of 2/11/2015.
1)
Destruction of forest, pollution of drinking water, contamination of
farmland, destruction of farm land, farmer & landholder’s mental health problems
due to mining & fracking, the government prioritising mining over farmer’s
rights. This will ultimately effect crop production.
2)
Climate change/Global warming due to pollution from fossil fuels such as
coal & gas. This in turn is affecting the rise in sea levels, an increase
in solar radiation, & crop production which will ultimately lead to Australian
produced food shortages & increased food costs.
3)
Increasing cost of local council rates/tax which is in fact illegal
because the local councils are NOT a government. Non payment of these
rates/taxes leads to the confiscation of private property by these said
councils which is also illegal.
4)
Crime. This covers domestic violence (Please note that the government
has cut funding to community services that helped women in crisis), robbery,
rape, violence against a person or persons, murder, trespass, damage to
property, intimidation, home invasion, knowingly polluting & contaminating
the environment to the detriment of public health.
5)
The erosion of citizen’s common & human rights. This includes the
right to self-defence unconditionally, the right to protect one’s own property,
the right to protect one’s family & friends unconditionally, the right to
pursue happiness providing it does no harm to others, homelessness.
6)
Gun control & confiscation directed at law abiding licensed firearms
owners. This includes the banning of certain firearms, the confiscation of
certain firearms, the unfair legislation that makes it difficult to obtain
ammunition, the incorrect firearms licence categories for certain firearms, The
unfair legislation concerning muzzle-loading firearms use & categorising,
the unfair legislation concerning magazine capacities, the difficulties
experienced by citizens during normal firearms security checks due to local
police ignorance of firearms legislation & ignorance of firearms other than
service weapons.
7)
The increasing widespread use of police control over law abiding
citizens concerning various club memberships, personal tattoos, use of a
motorcycle, the bullying of individuals on the streets to provoke them into
committing violence so they can be tasered, pepper sprayed, shot or arrested.
There are no doubt many other problems that need addressing, such as TPP
agreement, immigration, & employment & other social & community services,
but the purpose here is to highlight the fact that many people believe that these
problems are actually being caused & manufactured by the Australian
government. Surely no lower income family or even middle class family can deny
any of the problems above. We do understand that number 6 is a problem for many
non gun owners & anti gun lobbyists who would sooner see their loved ones raped
& killed & indeed die themselves, rather than use a firearm for
protection. This is their right, though some may not agree with their decision.
These people on the whole are ignorant of certain facts, but they are NOT
stupid. They fully realise that the police can not in the majority of cases
protect them or save them. The police department’s response time to emergencies
is very slow & even slower in rural areas. This is not a police problem; it
is just a fact of life.
The government appears to be doing nothing to seriously address the
problems listed above, & yet the majority of Australians apparently have
their heads buried in the sand. Some may not want to “rock the boat”, they are
scared of what may happen to them if they complain let alone protest. Others
are we suspect are simply apathetic, “she’ll be right mate”. Overall though it
is worrying, because this means that the majority of Australian citizens do not
give a damn about anyone else but themselves! So long as this is the norm,
there will be NO recovering for Australia; there will be NO improvements to our
quality of life. On the contrary, things can only get worse & in the end,
recovery may no longer be possible.
So what should the Australian public do? Well the first thing that NEEDS
doing is a complete change in our political system. This means that our present
government should step down & a new political system should be implemented.
Perhaps one where citizens vote for people rather than parties. Australians
must understand that our present government & indeed the whole political
system, is no longer working for the people, it is working for itself only. Our
government is as far as I am aware a corporation, as are our local councils.
Finally ask yourself this, when was the last time we had a referendum on
an important national decision that effected all Australians? The last one I
remember was a referendum on local councils becoming local government &
being able to implement new taxes. The majority of Australians voted NO in that
referendum, & yet today we have local councils acting as local government
& they have indeed introduced a land tax disguised as rates for services
rendered!
This paper is open to discussion, but please keep it polite. We have not
written this to antagonise or offend people & to the best of our knowledge
all the above is true.
So, are we as Australian citizens in trouble, or are these problems a
figment of our imagination? Do we need to act, or do you think we should just
hang in there & see what happens & hope it all turns out okay?
If you think that we should act upon these major & increasing
problems, what do you think we can possibly do within the law to accomplish the
changes we need other than just informing people & complaining on various
forums?
We welcome suggestions for additions to the list of problems above.

Illegal Evidence to be Used
The NSW Criminal Court of Appeal (NSWCCA) recently ruled that the evidence obtained unlawfully by a police officer was
admissible in court, because the seriousness of the case and importance of the
evidence outweighed the degree of his illegal conduct.
The Unlawful Search
On the 5th of March 2012, Officer Hembrow
entered a property to carry out a routine firearms audit upon a man by the name
of Paul Thompson, not knowing that Mr Thompson no longer lived there.
While walking on the property, the officer
noticed a caged area which contained several cannabis plants. He left the
property, obtained a search warrant and returned to find that there were at
least 136 cannabis plants and 20 seedlings. A search of the neighbouring
property uncovered 5kg of cannabis and 283 plants.

kind of “thing”? Well, it could be any “thing” really.

laws currently before the parliament the police need only suspect a “thing” may

the ‘thing-haver’ to prove that’s not the case.

Australian politicians led by Josh Frydenberg argue that the
Carmichael mine in Central Queensland should go ahead as Australian’s have a
moral obligation to allow the mine as it will save millions of Indian lives,
even though this is actually false. Additionally, the Environment Minister Greg
Hunt is placing the interests of a corrupt Indian mining company infront of the
Australian environment, and Australians who rely upon a healthy environment
in-order to make a livng. This is because if the Carmichael mine goes ahead it
is likely to cause a great deal of damage to both the Great Barrier Reef and
the Carmichael River. Many Australian politicians need to fix their moral
compasses and place the interests of the Australian environment and people
before those of a foreign company that is known to be corrupt environmental
vandals.

of March 2015. We have already started the process by way of Prerogative Writs
of Mandamus being served on every sitting Member in WA and these same writs
have been served into the Queens Bench in the High Court of Western Australia
on the 15th & 16th of January 2015 and all other states and territories
will soon follow.
On
the 23rd of March 2015 we are holding a "VELVET REVOLUTION" as they
did in Czechoslovakia and Iceland, whereby "The People" of the
Commonwealth of Australia will MARCH on Parliament House in every city in every
state and major town across the Nation in a show of NON VIOLENT UNITY to
formally advise the government of their lawful and constitutional removal from
Parliament, we are doing this to bring Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, Justice and
the TRUTH back into the parliament of Australia.
I
have gathered a huge amount of people off my friends list and a large number of
groups; to educate you all in your Constitutional RIGHTS and the BIG LIE that
the corrupt government have been covering up since 1927. Our AIM is to help
"The People" learn their rights that are contained within our
Constitution in short 15 X 10 minute segment documents; which are explained in
layman's terms to save everyone from trying to read the constitution and make

of the Constitution also declared that "The People Rule Supreme" and
if followed correctly will give "The People a TRUE & DIRECT DEMOCRACY!

dictated to by a corrupt corporate government with an unconstitutional voting

British-born conservative and monarchist opted to be sworn in with an oath to
the Queen, marking the first incoming leader to take such a pledge since former
conservative leader John Howard in 1996. At a small private ceremony in
Canberra eleven days after his landslide election victory, Mr Abbott, 55, was
sworn in by the Governor-General, Quentin Bryce, at Government House in
Canberra. Watched by his parents, wife Margie and three daughters, Mr Abbott, a
former Rhodes Scholar, took his oath on the Bible and declared: "I will be
faithful and bear true allegiance to Queen Elizabeth the second, the Queen of
Australia."

FACTS:
As a self proclaimed Monarchist Tony Abbott would be aware that Queen Elizabeth
the second was not and is not the Queen of Australia, she is the Queen of
England, Great Britain, Ireland the (UK) but is NOT and NEVER has been the
Queen of Australia, the Queen or King of England are only Australia's Monarch,
the Queen of England is not the "Queen of Australia" and neither are
her Heirs or Successors! Therefore, who did Tony Abbott really swear an oath
to? (Remember this, legally, it is ALL in the wording used and contracted to)
Tony
Abbott with his alleged knowledge of the Constitution and Monarchy would have
been well aware of this at the time of his "OATH" but did not correct
the wording and he has not abided by the Constitution during his entire term in
office. For Example: When the Abbott Liberal government were trying to pass
Bills to implement change after he became Prime Minister and the Labor
government were voting against the Bills to stop them from being implemented,
this is known as a "Hung Parliament" because they can't agree on a
way forward, if Tony Abbott studied the Constitution AT ALL he would be aware
that the correct Constitutional procedure is to call a "Plebiscite - which
is a urgent Citizen Referendum of "THE PEOPLE", where "The
People" decide the outcome. This was never the case and many Bills have
not been passed due to Labor blocking the Bills and visa versa when Labor were
in power, therefore, urgent matters facing "The People" of the
Commonwealth of Australia have still not been resolved for decades.
Kevin
Rudd & Julia Gillard:
Former
Labor leaders Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard – both supporters of a republic -
dropped the oath to the Queen during their pledges in 2007 and 2010 and instead
pledged to serve the Commonwealth of Australia.
Bear
in mind the corrupt corporate government own "Commonwealth of
Australia", it is their own company registered in Washington D.C.
FACTS:
No Prime Minister can drop the oath to the Queen of England, we are NOT A
REPUBLIC. If a Prime Minister swears an OATH to the "Commonwealth of
Australia" they must also swear an oath to the Queen of England because
she is our Monarch and so to are her Heirs and Successors. It was Queen
Victoria the Second (The Queen of England at the time) and her Proclamation
that gave "The People" the power to govern Australia and from which
our Constitution Act 1900 was initiated.
In
addition, Rudd and Gillard swore an Oath to who, when both Labor leaders were
pushing for a republic dropped their Oath to the Queen of England, the first
essentially required move to become a republic is to remove the Queen and the
Governor General. (More on this later)
The
FACT that our Constitution is indissoluble, causes great distress and
frustration for our past and current governments, which is why both sides have
been pushing so hard for a Republic, if they can achieve this then they can
rewrite the rules we all have to live by, with NO CONSENT from "The
People" of the Commonwealth of Australia and they can dictate our lives to
us. This is why both sides have sabotaged our Constitution to make it appear
inadequate, so "The People" become complacent and do not believe in
the supreme constitutional powers it holds within it.
An
Example of how our Constitutional Power still rules supreme is the two referendums
held on the subject of the Federal government recognising Councils as a third
tier of government in the Constitution and if Australian's wanted to become a

20th
April 1974: * Local Government Bodies Referendum Results: To give the
Commonwealth powers to borrow money for, and to make financial assistance
grants directly to, any local government body Result: 18 May 1974, (Not
Carried) 46.85% said YES, however, 53.15% said NO!
Outcome:
Both State and Federal Government chose to ignore the lawful and constitutionally
correct referendum of "The People", and the state government through
their state constitutions established both • Local Government Bodies and •
Borrow Monies for Local Government Grants and are Committing Treason and Fraud!
25th
of July 1988: *Local Government Referendum Results: To recognise local
government in the Constitution. Result: 3 September 1988 (Not Carried) 33.62%
said YES, however, a resounding 66.38% said NO!
Outcome:
Both Federal and State governments now recognise Local Government as a third
tier of government, completely ignoring the constitutional referendum of
"The People" and committing Treason and Fraud.

October 1999: *Republic Referendum Results: To alter the Constitution to
establish the Commonwealth of Australia as a republic with the Queen and
Governor-General being replaced by a President appointed by a two-thirds
majority of the members of the Commonwealth Parliament Result: 6 November 1999
(Not Carried) 45.13% said YES, 54.87% said NO.
Outcome:
Both Liberal and Labor Party Leaders and Parties have carried on and supported
the Corporate Government Business as "Commonwealth of Australia" a
registered corporation on the US Security Exchange in Washington D.C. as
"Commonwealth of Australia" Registration Certificate No is
0000805157"
All
Parliamentarians and Governor Generals have been blatantly ignoring "The
People's Rights contained in the Constitution Act of the Commonwealth of
Australia and the referendums held, but that is not a fault of our
constitution, it is the deceit and fraud of the government who have stolen our
rights from us. They have been representing our country as a Republic
Corporation and carrying on business as though we are a Republic without the
will of "The People" (evidence below)
These
consecutive corrupt governments FUNDED the • Brigalow Corporation known as the
Brigalow Belt where this corporation stole our FEE SIMPLE RIGHTS under the
unconstitutional Australia Act (another unconstitutional Act) of the corrupt
government and under this act they moved all of the land titles out of FEE
SIMPLE into the Brigalow Corporation by changing the Land Act, the Land Title
Act and the Property Law Act so that all the privately owned property of
Queensland has now been transferred to the Brigalow Corporation.

Iraq. In order for Australia to go to WAR with ANY country a Writ must first be
issued by the Governor General declaring WAR against the said country and as
there was no Writ issued and the WAR on Iraq was only authorised by the
corporate government; they have forced the Commonwealth of Australia's Military
to unconstitutionally invaded Iraq. Due to their action alone they have brought
WAR against Australian Citizens through their Dominican Republic alliance and
the unconstitutional invasion of Iraq and this gives further grounds to
lawfully remove them from their seat in Parliament.
So
how did the corporate government implement these unconstitutional Local
Government Bodies, Republican Rule, the Brigalow Corporation, Unconstitutional
Laws, Legislation and Acts? Because we "The People" have been asleep
at the helm and unaware of the TRUE POWER our Constitution holds. "The
Constitution Act of the Commonwealth of Australia RULES SUPREME", no-one
sits above the Constitution but below it and our Constitution gives the POWER
to "THE PEOPLE" who are the Supreme Rulers of our Parliament, and
therefore also over the Federal and State Government Ministers!
It
should now be very obvious to you that past Prime Ministers have sworn an oath
not to our Constitution or the Queen of England nor to "The People"
of the Commonwealth of Australia but instead to their own corporate government
"Commonwealth of Australia" Registration No is 0000805157" as a

Therefore,
Rudd, Gillard and Abbott plus all previous Prime Ministers going back to and
including Edward Gough Whitlam were and are still sitting in an unlawful
unconstitutional capacity as Prime Ministers of the Commonwealth of Australia and
any laws, legislation or Acts that they implemented during their term in office
is unlawful and unconstitutional and will be thoroughly investigated and
removed when found unconstitutional.
GOVERNOR
GENERAL: The current Governor General "Peter Cosgrove" will also be
issued a Prerogative Writ of Mandamus, as he was appointed by High Court Judge
"Chief Justice Robert French" to the position of Governor General
(the Highest Position in the Commonwealth of Australia) This is completely unconstitutional
for someone below the Governor Generals Station to swear in the Governor
General of Australia. The functions of the Governor General include guiding and
appointing ministers, judges and ambassadors of the correct procedures of the
Constitution, giving the royal assent to legislation, issuing writs for
elections and war and bestowing honours on behalf of the Queen of England (as
though the Queen herself were here) If the Queen of England didn't swear in
Peter Cosgrove as her Governor General or she reneged on her responsibility as
our Monarch to do so, the choice should have gone to a "Plebiscite"
which is an URGENT Referendum of "The People"!
SO
HOW DO WE FIX THIS MESS? Consecutive corporate governments have committed
Fraud, Treason and Unconstitutional Acts against the "SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF
THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA. They have been implementing unlawful and
unconstitutional Legislation and Acts that undermine our RIGHTS, LIBERTIES and
FREEDOMS and it is up to us "The People" to bring FREEDOM, LIBERTY,
INTEGRITY, JUSTICE and HONOUR back into OUR Parliaments of Australia through
the restoring and re-empowering of the • Constitution Act 1900 • The Annotated
Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia 1901 • The Hansard Constitution
Convention Debates of the Framers of the Constitution at that time; as every
word and every sentence was debates so as there was NO misinterpretation to the
meaning of our Constitution and • Citizen Initiated Referendums that are
transparent with FOR and AGAINST evidence so "The People" can make an
informed decision to vote. • Rid ourselves of the unconstitutional (Two Party
Preferred voting system) as it is only preferred by the two major parties •
Abolish preference voting and • Abolish Swapping of Preferences and • Initiate a
new Voting System of Independent Candidates ONLY who VOW to abide by the above
Laws being (Our Constitution and the "WILL of The People") • One VOTE
ONLY per person for ONE Independent Candidate.
The
Constitution is that simple to understand and as John Howard stated during his
term in office "Ignorance is NO EXCUSE"!
