A Women's & Men's Land Army to stop anthropogenic global warming & climate change. Why not? We have done this before, so we can do it again. This time though we need to tackle anthropogenic global warming & climate change, so we need people to fast track solar to the grid & help people adjust to a new old society. We need to help farmers go back to using horse & human power instead of fossil fuel power. We could do this, our government could do this, so why is our government NOT doing this???

I don’t know about the rest of the world, but in Australia right now we are seeing a lot of stuff going down that does not look good. In the cities people seem to be isolated from what is going down in the country areas; the banks taking farm land, mining companies taking farm land, now the government its self is seizing farm land because of a deal it has made with a foreign country to train its military troops. There are millions of dollars involved in this deal, but I doubt that the average Australian citizen will gain any benefit from this & over 70 farming families are about to lose their homes & livelyhood.

We have lost so much freedom & so many of our rights in the name of terrorism. The government uses the perceived threat of terrorism to pass more & more legislation that controls our lives. Rates rises on land means that some people can no longer afford to pay rates, so they are evicted & their land & house is sold. These people are now forced to live in the towns or cities & once again are now dependent on the government & the services they supply. People are being taxed for using their own water supplies & there has been talk of taxing people who live off grid & supply their own electricity!

Country people receive no backing from people living in the cities, this I realise is a broad statement, & I have no doubt that there are some city dwellers that do care, but on the whole the city is not where you will find rebels, it is a place where you will find people that do not want to rock the boat; they like conformity, they like order. They are content to bury their heads in the sand in order to maintain their present lifestyle. They are insulated from the troubles of the world & are content so long as they are making money & live a comfortable lifestyle.

Can you see where I am going here? Have you seen the Hunger Games? Think about the number of times country people have gone to the city to protest at the treatment they are receiving from the government, do you ever recall seeing city people coming out to back these protests? I don’t. Right now the Australian government is giving money to the Indonesian government; the Indonesian government are committing genocide in West Papua. Women are raped & murdered, children are murdered & of course the men are also being killed. These West Papuans were Australia’s allies in WW2, helping our diggers survive, carrying our wounded to safety. Now our government is sanctioning their genocide! Does this sound like a caring & benevolent government? They are doing this for greed, money & power. They do not care who has to suffer for them to get what they want. What makes you think that they care any more for you? My Father was a great believer in keeping your head down & looking after number one. Don’t draw attention to yourself; don’t get involved in other people’s problems. There is a great deal in favour of this attitude when it comes to survival, but what happens when you are those other people? What happens when after keeping your head down you suddenly realise that you have been manipulated. Whilst you were keeping your head down & thinking this will keep me safe, the government has usurped your freedoms & your rights as a citizen.

We in the country, & those like us in the cities, do not have the backing of the majority. We alone can’t stop this corrupt government machine from rolling right over us. Our farms are disappearing, & with them our home grown food supplies! Our countryside is being polluted by mining & big corrupt corporations are polluting our environment. Recently a Japanese fishing vessel was caught poaching in one of our reserves, will they go to prison? Unlikely, will their ship be confiscated? Unlikely. Yet our government is continuing to make more & more restrictive legislation on our freedoms & these laws if we rebel against them will make us criminals. The city people will not help us; the government are right now our biggest enemy. Whilst our politicians grow wealthy we find that we can no longer retire at age 60, we are slaves to the system & alone there is nothing we can do about it. We are expected to work in the future until we are 70, that is if we live that long. They don’t have to pay a pension to dead people. Now I hear that even our pensions are under threat, I thought that money was being extracted from our earnings all these years to pay for our pension entitlements, now I hear that the government has decided to keep some of that money for themselves!

I wish I had answers for you, but I don’t. My greatest fear is that this government & this whole corrupt system will eventually take more from us than we can bear. I guess that is exactly what has already happened with the farmers that have committed suicide. Will the police & military continue to do the government’s bidding even when they know it is wrong? Yes I think they will. That is what they are trained to do. All this has happened over time with such stealth that no one seems to have realised what was happening, & I don’t think it will stop there. I don’t like the way things are going in this country & none of it bodes well for our future. I think we will lose more of our rights, our freedom has already gone. We will be forced to pay more & earn less, our government is NOT leading, it is RULING, we have a dictator government. Gone are the referendums in the main, gone are our rights to protest. Gone are our rights to protect ourselves & our families by any means we think necessary. Gone are our rights to privacy as the police are now legally allowed to invade our homes at any time without a warrant & arrest the occupants. We are all seen as being guilty until proven innocent.

My hope is that one day the majority will wake up & sack our government & institute a new fairer government system where the people have a voice. Right now we are between a rock & a hard place, no matter who we vote for, we can’t win. Be very aware of further firearms legislation that will further control the ownership of firearms. Confiscation of all firearms from law abiding citizens will be a sign that the end is near. Already present gun control measures have made it difficult if not impossible to own certain firearms, that has made us vulnerable against criminals & government forces!

Why are we seeing so much mayhem in Australia, it seems that every day now there is another report of murder, stabbings, king hits, rape, home invasions & more. Obviously this is not right, not excusable, but can it be understood?

Let’s take a look at what our own government is doing. It has prioritised mining over farming; some farmers have given up fighting & have committed suicide. Protesting has been banned, made illegal so if the people try to back the farmers & “Lock the Gate”, they can now be arrested & charged. The police are now a law unto themselves, & unless someone records their crimes on video, then they get away with it. The people did not vote for mining to be prioritised over farming, why would they? They did not vote to have protests banned, made illegal, why would we? There was no referendum, no one was asked, does this sound like democracy or dictatorship?

I am not saying that all this mayhem & violence is happening because we have a corrupt government who is in itself committing crimes, & that the people who have a tendency toward violence & crime see this as a green flag to do what ever they want, but it is something to think about.

Why are Australian citizens allowing this government to “rule” us in this way? Why are they allowing the degradation of our environment & the loss of many of our rights? Our own constitution is being ignored by this government, a government by the way that is in fact a registered company in the USA! We have two main political parties, neither are better than the other, so when it comes to voting, we are stuck between a rock & a hard place. This year, 2016 the people showed their displeasure by voting independent, & what happened? The Liberal party got in yet again!!!

So, voting for your/our preference does not work, it changes nothing. The same corrupt government is still in power & the Australian people are doing NOTHING about this. Why? In other countries the people simply do not allow this corruption to continue, they rally their numbers & sack the government. We NEED change, we need to sack this government & the whole corrupt system & put something in place that allows the people to have a voice, to have a choice. What is it going to take to make the Australian people say “NO MORE, ENOUGH”?

There are crook police officers committing crimes & there are good police officers that are not prepared to blow the whistle on these bad cops, why? Because if a good cop blows the whistle on a bad cop, he loses his job. He will not be sacked, but he/she will be shunned by all other police officers Australia wide. He/she will be forced to quit the police service. This needs to change, but how do we change this? I do not have an answer for this, but this is the big problem with the whole government system. People are for ever saying “Don’t allow this” “Do your own thing”, but it is not that easy. We are a minority who care, but a minority has no power. We have to pay the ever increasing local council rates/taxes despite the fact that many of us receive no or few services for those rates, because if we refuse to pay, the council will actually evict us from our own homes & sell our property.

I realise that services & road maintenance have to be funded, but should there not be some check & balance? If a retired couple can not afford to pay the rates on their own home, why should they be forced to sell the home that they worked so hard for? After all the years of working & scrimping & saving they are now forced to live in a city or town & pay rent? Does this make any sense?

So we ask ourselves why is there so much crime, so much violence. Why is there so much sadness & depression? I think our society is starting to break down. We are losing human rights every day. New police powers take away citizens rights. They may have been introduced in order to maintain order, but in fact there is no check & balance here, the innocent are affected as well as the criminal element. Did banning certain firearms stop crime or even reduce crime? NO! Yet again the law abiding citizen pays the price. Who has these banned firearms now? The criminals have these firearms because they did not hand them in, they are NOT licensed, they are NOT listed in the gun registry!

So where are we heading? Less farms, less farmers, less food, less rights. Slowly but surely we are being herded into a position where eventually we will not be able to resist even if the majority of Australians grew a spine & decided to do something! Some people say “well if you are not happy with the way things are, why don’t you move somewhere else?” My answer to that is, that there is no better place to move to, no place that has the potential that Australia has for being a great place to live in. We have the room, we have the space. We have less people than anywhere else in the world given the size of Australia, but we need to regain our rights, our freedoms. Yes there must be law & order, but it must be tempered with common sense & research. Knee jerk reactions by the government to certain incidents have to stop. We need to have some professionalism introduced into the making of legislation. We have The Greens who appear to be promoting drugs & at the same time recommending that law abiding Australian citizens should be disarmed! How crazy is that?! Do they think that much of the crime is not linked to drugs & illegal gun use? Right now ignorant people are making these decisions for us, & it is not sensible, it is not right or fair & above all it is bloody stupid!

“Australian Government Is Officially Illegal”
The recent attempts by the Tasmania State Government to amend Laws to ensure validity was a poor effort to hide the facts and legal errors of the past, but more important it shows something is not right!
In April 2015, the Tasmania GOVERNMENT oversight has cast a question mark over the appointment of the state’s magistrates, coroners and justices of the peace. In fact, this oversight applies to all state's of Australia!
Under the 1869 Promissory Oaths Act, all magistrates, coroners and justices of the peace are required to take the judicial oath tendered by the Clerk of the Executive Council and taken in the presence of the Governor or the Chief Justice or another judge of the Supreme Court.
The requirement has not been followed for 30 years.
Attorney-General Vanessa Goodwin assured the public that criminal convictions and jail sentences were still valid despite the error.
The oversight was discovered recently and the Government has promised urgent legislation to fix the loophole.
Valid Law and Government Does Not Exist In Australia, and has been noted in the UK Parliament and at the UN.
It is important to note, China has followed the legal process under international law to acquire a large part of Australia's infrastructure, including; public transport, shipping ports, major farms and much more!
On 30 October 1943, following a conference between China, the USSR, the United Kingdom and the United States, a joint declaration was issued recognizing the necessity “of establishing at the earliest practicable date a general international organization, based on the principle of the sovereign equality of all peace-loving States, and open to membership by all such States, large and small, for the maintenance of international peace and security”.
This declaration led to exchanges between the Four Powers at Dumbarton Oaks, resulting in the publication on 9 October 1944 of proposals for the establishment of a general international organization, to include an international court of justice, which later was set-up in the Hague.
In the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council, the International Court of Justice was officially formed by May 1947.
So, China has a legal stake in Australia and is a major share-holder protected under international law.
All Australian laws assented to on behalf of a British Monarch, by any non-legally appointed Governor-General of Australia since 1919, cannot hold any valid or legal executive authority, as all of the Governor-Generals appointments have been issued incorrectly.
The “Old Colonial” defunct British Constitutional law, used and applied as the basis of all law in Australia, has held no valid authority in law since 1919.
The Australian people will have to finish off what Prime Minister William Morris-Hughes set out to achieve in 1919. A “new” ALL-Australian Constitution will have to be created and voted in by the people for the people.
Australians at long last, will have the opportunity to have their say, on how they wish to be governed and taxed. British lawyers are already saying, “that a legal picnic is about to unfold.”
Those who have deliberately concealed the truth from the Australian people, will one day be called upon to answer for their actions - in the Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ), Hague.
“Australian Government Is Officially Illegal”.
The Australia of today has sadly lost the liberty of yesteryears. The government has not been the government of the people, consequently, the employed have become the disemployed, our industries have been moved offshore, our farmers have been forced off their land, the peoples utilities have been handed over to private investment, our wealth has been exported, the foreign debt hangs like a millstone around the neck of each Australian present and future, our very means of livelihood has been legislated away!
To learn that to become a Member of the Federal Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia is to commit an act of treason against the sovereign people of Australia will no doubt result in a reaction of incredulity.
In fact it would be reasonable to anticipate that the reader of such a statement would be inclined to immediately reject this without further examination.
Similarly, the bold assertion that the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 is invalid at first appears ludicrous. As the fundamental law of the Australian Nation, if it were invalid, then all Australian Governments - Commonwealth, State and Territorial - have no legal basis for their continued existence, no valid authority to pass and enforce legislation, and no authority to enter contracts or bind the Australian people by Treaty.
The consequences could be catastrophic, both within Australia and internationally. Yet, the consequences should not influence a disinterested analysis of the basis of that situation.
The fundamental facts which give rise to the accuracy of the above statements are indeed simple and were succinctly stated a few years ago by the late Professor G. Clements (an eminent UK QC and emeritus Professor in law at Cambridge). He summed up the situation thus;
"The continued usage of the Australian Constitution Act (UK) by the Australian Governments and the judiciary is a confidence trick of monstrous proportions played upon the Australian people with the intent of maintaining power. It remains an Act of the United Kingdom. After joining the League of Nations in 1919 Australia became a sovereign nation. It had no further legal power to use, alter or otherwise tamper with another nation’s legislation. 
Authority over the Australian Constitution Act lies not with the Australian government nor with the Australian people, it rests solely with the UK. Only they have the authority to repeal this legislation".
In other words, every Member and Senator in Australian Parliament has committed an Act of treason by swearing and subscribing to an oath to serve the government of a power foreign to Australia.

Despite all the above, our Australian dictator government is still in power & unless something drastic happens, they are likely to stay in power. The majority of Australians are too apathetic & really don't give a damn so long as they themselves are doing okay. The poor of Australia have no connection, no rallying point. Slowly but surely our rights & freedoms are being taken away from us. The Australian police service no longer represents & helps the average Australian citizen & many are just as corrupt as the government. Soon we will have no human rights left, no right to protest, no right to rally. The government is very keen to disarm the Australian public & at the same time doing nothing to curb crime. So called "Terrorism" is being used as a public scare tactic & used to justify further restrictions on our freedoms. Personally I think Australia & its citizens are STUFFED!!!

The corruption of the Australian government is total, they have no thought for the Australian people or the future of Australia. Mining takes precedent over farming as our greedy politicians grapple for more power & more money. Sadly George Bender's fight to keep mining off his farm is over, too much stress has caused George Bender to take his own life.
Unfortunately the majority of Australians simply do not care, the problems in the country have as yet not impacted on the lives of those living in the towns & cities. By the time they do feel the impact, it will be too late to turn the clock back. Australia will be ruined & our politicians will have moved on to greener pastures to spend their retirement in luxury paid for by the Australian public. Very sad indeed. We could have made Australia the best place in the world to live & be proud of, but our total empathy has left us nothing to be proud of.

Not put to a referendum of "The People" which means that this Letters Patent is without Law, Unlawful and Corrupt.

These corrupt corporate government leaders and party caucus's have been fraudulently altering documents relating to the debt borrowings of Queensland Treasury Corporation and the Office of the Governor General; that can only be altered or changed by "The People" at referendum and these consecutive governments are deciding our fate, by implementing Unconstitutional and Unlawful Legislation, Acts and Laws for us "The People" to live by in order to enslave us.

You will notice in this fraudulent Letters Patent document, that Prime Minister Bob Hawke actually makes direct reference to Queen Elizabeth the Second "the Queen of Australia", whereby, Australia have NEVER had an actual Queen and Queen Elizabeth is only our Monarch and not the Queen of Australia.
As the Prime Minister, Bob Hawke would be well aware; the fairy fallacy Queen of Australia can't actually remove our Governor Generals responsibilities; this must be done by our Monarch the Queen of England.
The rest of the document is laughable, whereby they appear to want the Governor General to be a Governor General but don't actually want him or her to have any of the powers that were bestowed upon him/her by The Queen of England in our Constitution Act 1900 (UK).
Bob Hawke further makes reference to the fact that the Governor General has to take orders from the Parliament their "Heirs and Successors" (as though the Parliament are the Kings and Queens of Australia) and actually have heirs and successors.

This document is PROOF that the Labor and Liberal Governments have been fraudulently altering documents and changing Constitutional positions of the Queen and the Governor General against the WILL of "The People" and in preparation to change Australia from a Democratic Monarchy to a Republic.

The two party preferred voting system is ONLY PREFERRED by the two Major Parties and was set up to keep would be opponents out of politics, it is one of the most unfair voting systems in the world and is not only corrupt but also unconstitutional.
As new members enter politics they are forced into this corrupt political system and the corrupt Voting System Protects these criminals that DICTATE that you either run for Liberal or Labor or you don't have any chance of entering into politics in Australia!
For Example; if an independent candidate runs against a preferred party member and they stand any chance of winning that seat, the two major preferred parties have been known to and it is well documented that they swap preferences with each other to keep their opponents out (We all witnessed this during the Pauline Hanson era) when she was their biggest threat. "The People" of Australia witnessed "Liberal and Labor jumping into the same bed together" so to say; by swapping preferences with EACH OTHER to keep Pauline Hanson out of politics, love her or hate her; if that is not a conspiracy to Dictate Leadership then l don't know what is, when two sworn enemies jump into bed together for a cause (one has to ask why?)
However, what became glaringly obvious was that Liberal and Labor have had no true separation since then and that is because they are both a party to their Corrupt Private Corporate Government; and they will jump into bed even with their declared arch enemy to protect their own corrupt corporate interests.

The Prerogative Writs of Mandamus will lawfully remove all politicians and political party members and in particular (the two party preferred offenders) that know the system is corrupt and have done NOTHING to rectify it; in essence giving their consent year after year; after year.

EVEN AFTER BEING advised by those Constitutionalists who study and practice our Constitutional Law and who know our Inherent Rights and Responsibilities that our Constitution Act holds within it, the corrupt government ministers after being individually advised correctly have chosen to ignore the correct procedures of our Constitution; and have deliberately committed Fraud, Treason and Tyranny to further their own interests and the interests of big business and Bankers; who's desire it is to enslave us "The People"!

THE FRAMERS OF THE CONSTITUTION INTENDED FOR THIS TO BE THE VOTING SYSTEM:
The Queen of England issues a Letters Patent to announce who she wants as a Governor General, the Queen normally chooses the Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces whose job it is to ensure the Parliament follow the Constitutional Procedures and who oversees the activities of the Government. It is also the GG's job to swear into office ALL Ministers of Parliament, Judges and other Authority Figures, he does this with the recipient holding the Constitution in their Left Hand and the Bible in their Right hand as they swear the Oath of Allegiance that is printed on the back page of the Constitution.
If the Queen cannot or chooses not to issue a Letters Patent, it goes to a Plebiscite of "The People" and "The People" choose a Governor General.
The Governor General is the Head of State.

To hold an election a Writ must be issued by the Governor General to call for an Election.

There are many good politicians who entered politics with A PLAN to make this country great, what happens to these people is they are forced to join ranks with Liberal or Labor party politics and policies because if they don't; they don't have a chance of entering politics due to the corrupt two party preferred preferential voting system.

We need to fill all seats in Parliament with Independent Ministers, however, NO X Liberal, Labor, Nationals, Greens or Democrats members will be allowed to reapply for candidacy; for they have done enough damage and we need new uncorrupted blood to bring back FREEDOM, LIBERTY, INTEGRITY, JUSTICE and HONOUR back into our Parliament of Australia.

This corrupt two party preferred preferential voting system and swapping of preferences voting system will be ABOLISHED on the 10th of July 2015 to allow for Independent Candidates to truly represent the "Will of The People"!

New Independent Candidates will be required to SWEAR on OATH that they will restore our Constitution Act 1900 and reinstate Citizen Initiated Referendums prior to standing for election; to ensure that this takeover of our constitutional rights by corrupt corporate governments NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!

WE "The People" were given the RIGHT to GOVERN and we have the ability. Unfortunately, we are so used to being dictated to by Corrupt Governments that we overlook the fact that we are the Sovereign Supreme Rulers of this Country and we have a always had the RIGHT to decide the path to take; we have just never been given the opportunity until now.

Once Independents Ministers are elected they will perform surveys of "The People" to find out what the top 24 Major Issues are and those Major Issues will have the FACTS presented FOR and AGAINST to "The People" so everyone knows what they are voting on.
This is the Fairest Democratic System in the World and all major issues can be dealt with this way.

Not EVERY issue goes to referendum unless it can't be agree on in Parliament under our Constitutional Law, referendums will only be for Major Issues that have not been dealt with for decades and to update our Constitution Act 1900.

All Ministers are paid by "The People" (The Tax Payer). Therefore, it is the responsibility of EVERY Minister to work with ALL other Ministers to reach a positive outcome on all issues for Australia and it's people.
For once in 115 years ALL MINISTERS will be working for "The People of the Commonwealth of Australia", working towards the BEST OUTCOME and THE BEST PATH FORWARD Lawfully, Constitutionally and Committed.

There will be no more Parliamentary Question Time; where Ministers are behaving like school children, because they won't be vying to have other Ministers voted out of parliament, they won't need to try to make other Ministers look incompetent or to attack them for the top dog position.
They will be ALL there to benefit "The People" and the true "Commonwealth of Australia".

We are aware that the Constitution doesn't allow for a Prime Minister, however, we are also aware of the necessity to have a Prime Minister for interaction with other countries Prime Ministers and Presidents, therefore, there needs to be some immediate referendums to alter the Constitution to allow for this.

LAWFUL COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC OFFICIAL PROTECTION:
If for some reason the corrupt sitting members refuse to leave our Parliaments; a Lawful Moratorium will be issued by our duly authorised Commonwealth Public Officials to "The People of The Commonwealth of Australia" at our Lawful MARCHES on the 10th of July 2015!

These Lawful Moratorium Notices are to be sent to every Corrupt Government Office who are demanding unlawful payments from the SUPREME RULERS of The Commonwealth of Australia being "The People" and this Moratorium will lawfully eliminate all payments to the Corrupt Corporate Government forevermore and the Moratorium will stay in place until every sitting minister is removed from their unlawful position in our Parliament and a new Parliament is elected with Independent Candidates.

The Lawful Moratorium Notice will include the Official and Lawful Letterhead of The Commonwealth and the Seal of the Duly Authorised Commonwealth Public Official and their signature, whereby, these documents cannot be photo copied or scanned and will only be made available to those Australian's who register with VELVET REVOLUTION on the day of the MARCH and who then come under our protection.

We encourage you to remain as your own group as "The People" will vote in those people who are experienced in their field and who have done the RESEARCH with EVIDENCE to back it up and who have a PLAN to put in place different systems to make Australia
• Economically Sound
• Healthier, and 
• Enriched 
This will be achieved with the help of good strong evidence and a plan to improve our countries core problems.

We will rely on groups such as yours to present researched evidence and a plan to deal with major issues such as Economy, Farming, Manufacturing, Import/Exports, Banking System, Climate Change, Coal Seam Gas (Fracking), Water Flouridation, Aged Pensions, Aboriginal issues, Military - Veteran Affairs and Police Issues, Laws, Health, Education and on and on it goes. 
If your group have done the research and you have the evidence and a plan to implement; that is far more than the current government have, but it needs to be translucent so "The People" can understand what they are voting on.
Therefore, we encourage you to chose a candidate to run as an Independent in every state against the major parties and put forward your plan. your knowledge of the Constitution and your promise to reinstate our Constitution and to hold Citizen Initiated Referendums will be high on the criteria agenda and expected from our future responsible government.

However, this PEACEFUL or VELVET REVOLUTION that as has been suggested we call it, requires us all to UNITE as ONE for a short period of 3 Days. 
Please Note: This is NOT going to be won by any one single person or any one single group - 
UNITY IS ESSENTIAL! 

This NON-VIOLENT VELVET REVOLUTION to overthrow a Complete Government WITHOUT VIOLENCE OR WAR will go down in history and WE CAN and WILL ACHIEVE IT with UNITY!
Let's put PEACE before WAR for a change!

Please consider joining us under your own banner, but we must be UNITED as ONE on the following Constitutional matters:
There are elections coming up in some states, tell everyone to vote independent, if everyone did that we wouldn't need a VELVET REVOLUTION, but we only vote for Independents who promise to reinstate our Constitution 1900 and who promise to initiate Citizen Initiated Referendums on all major issues.

Independent Parties also need to realise that political parties are unconstitutional and so is our two party preferred voting system, so candidates need to run as true Independents. 
This current TWO PARTY PREFERRED voting system is ONLY PREFERRED by the two preferred parties and it just so happens that (LIBERAL and LABOUR) are classed as the two preferred parties due to unconstitutional swapping of preferences (surprise, surprise). 
This ongoing pingpong voting system is unfair, unconstitutional and corrupt to the core and they are whittling away our RIGHTS, LIBERTIES and FREEDOMS as they implement unlawful and unconstitutional Legislation and Acts against our own people and they MUST BE REMOVED!

So too is their Unconstitutional Government Retirement Pensions which will cost the "Australian Tax Payers" A$833,886,220 over the next 20 years, this is a government system we can't afford and as stated by the Liberal Government in their own words
"The Age of Entitlement is OVER"!
These government retirement pensions will be stopped and used to pay down Australia's deficit, No-One receives a pension after they are sacked from their position and now neither will they. We don't mind paying them a very decent remuneration while they are implementing "The Will of The People", but this Retirement Pension Rort must come to an end!

PLANNED VELVET REVOLUTION FOR 2015:

Our Commonwealth Constitution 1900 is indissoluble and contains all our RIGHTS, LIBERTIES and FREEDOMS within it, it must be read in conjunction with the Hansard Constitution Convention Debates; during these debates the meaning of every word and every sentence was debated to understand it's meaning.
The Framers of our Constitution set it up that way so that
"The People Rule Supreme" and the Government Ministers were intended to ONLY represent 
"The Will of THE PEOPLE"!

Writs of Mandamus are being issued to EVERY MEMBER of Parliament as we speak and the Queen has also been served Notices which she has not responded to within the lawful time frame.
The Constitution 1900 never intended to have political parties or swapping of preferences, it has always been intended to be one vote only per person for one Independent Candidate.

We intend to re-instate the Constitution 1900 and all major laws are to be voted on by "The People" by way of a Citizen's Initiated Referendum as was intended by the "Framers of the Constitution" the majority of votes from each state determines if it is to become law, it is ONLY then that the Constitution can be changed or altered and this is the True Democratic System which is what the Framers of the Constitution intended and this Lawful and Constitutional system will continue to protect "The People of The Commonwealth of Australia" well into the future!
