Intelligent people have difficulty in understanding Australia’s firearms laws. Such as why do 17^th & 18^th century pistols require an “H” class restricted licence for ownership & use? This is the same licence requirement for say a 9mm semi-automatic Glock handgun, there is a vast difference between a flintlock pistol & a breach-loading semi-auto pistol! Then there is the self defence issue, if you experience a home invasion & you & your family are at risk of harm or death, then you will just have to die, because it is illegal to use your gun to defend yourself! One would have thought this was a human right, but no, not in Australia it isn’t!

Why is it that the gun is to blame when people, criminals, commit a firearms offence? Just for argument’s sake let’s assume there is a spate of killings where the tool used is a wood golf club. Now if the government suddenly decided to confiscate all wood golf clubs, golfers would be up in arms, “why blame us for what someone else does with a wood golf club” they would say, “it is the killer you should blame, blaming a wood golf club is ridiculous”! And of course they would be right (I wonder how many members of “Gun Control Australia play golf?), blaming an inanimate object would be a downright stupid thing to do, & yet that is exactly what the government has done in regards to guns. The argument we often get thrown at us by people with no understanding is “why do you need a gun? People don’t need guns! Well if shooters & hunters don’t need guns, then golfers don’t need golf clubs! The fact is that we like our guns; we enjoy having our guns, just like golfers enjoy having & using their golf clubs.

In the Port Arthur shootings (there never was a coronial enquiry, all swept under the carpet!), they say the gun used was an assault rifle, an AR15 caliber .308. The Australian government used this shooting as an excuse to confiscate the guns belonging to law abiding citizens. What guns did they confiscate? Well AR15s had been banned a long time ago; in fact the AR15 used in the Port Arthur shootings allegedly belonged to the Tasmanian Police Department!!! The guns they confiscated were semi-automatic .22 bunny rifles, semi-auto & pump action shotguns!!! These guns were favoured by Australian farmers; farmers needed these guns in their work to dispatch sick livestock & to control feral animals. Controlling feral animals is seen as being one of the important duties of all land owners.

Now we used to be able to carry what was known as a snake gun, this was usually a cut down .410 shotgun to handgun size for protection against snakes. These were banned many years ago. Land owners used to be able to carry handguns for protection against wild boars & stroppy bulls as well as being used for feral animal control. You can still work without any impediment from carrying a hand gun on your belt, but you can’t work affectively with a long gun hanging off your shoulder! Now handguns have also been banned! There was no justification for banning & confiscating these guns, other than to say it was in the interest of public safety! Public safety? These people & these guns played no part in the Port Arthur shootings, & these same law abiding licensed gun owners were not & are not criminals! Practically every day vehicle owners are responsible for killing & injuring pedestrians & other road users, & yet no one blames the car, & the government has done nothing to make our roads & paths safer for the public! Gun owners have to pass a written safety exam & a physical test. All vehicle owners have to do is learn the road rules & pass a driver’s test. There is no safety training to obtain a driver’s licence!!!

Where am I going? Where is this taking us? Well no where good I guess, because unless law abiding gun owners back each other; and by this I mean we all support each other (yes even supporting the muzzle-loader community!!!), then we are without a doubt going to end up being disarmed! The very fact that; Possessing any object specifically for the purpose of self-defence, lethal or non-lethal, is a criminal offence in Australia is a sure sign that our government has no regard for “public safety” so using that as an excuse to confiscate our guns is absolute bullshit, & if that is not the reason for confiscating our firearms, then you have to ask yourself “what is the reason?”.

Survival Today! The mess we are in.

We the people, or at least the majority of people, have help create what we have today. Too many people are simply not satisfied with a simple life, they want more & more & more. Having got more, they now do not want to lose it, they don't want to rock the boat, so we are stuck with a corrupt government who will continue to take from us more & more & more!

Ask yourself, what is wrong with a nation of people who allow their own government to profit from genocide being committed in Tibet & West Papua? You think that a government who can do this can be trusted to look after your own welfare? Take a look around you, take your heads out of the sand & SEE what is happening! Chinese corporations purchasing Australian farms, mining corporations ruining farm land & polluting our environment; our own government prioritising mining rights over farmer's rights! Our pensions cut, & not only that but the pension age extended! Our pension rights are not welfare, we have worked all our lives to earn our pensions!

Council services have not increased, but the rates/taxes have! People are being evicted from their own homes & their homes sold. Aboriginal communities are being forced off their land to make way for mining companies. The water supply cut off & their dwellings bulldozed! Crime is rife & the government likes it that way because they can spread their terror campaign & gain more control over Australian citizens. Ask yourself, why was the massacre in Tasmania was allowed to continue so long? Why was the police sniper instructed not to shoot Man Monis in the Lindt Cafe seige? Why were police instructed not to arrest Dimitrious Gargasoulas when he was stuck in a traffic jam & so allowing him to kill people in Melbourne's Bourke street mall?

I am sick & tired of seeing all these petitions by a variety of organisations attempting to achieve some form of justice for everything from domestic animals & the environment to human rights. As if petitioning a corrupt government will actually achieve anything! If all of these organisations were to band together & start legal proceedings to remove our government from office & set in place a new fairer system for all, then all the other problems would be resolved at the same time! But no, just like our government, they want to keep things rolling along as they are, creating new petitions every day. Is there a method in their madness? Do they in some way profit from this? Or are they just too stupid that they can't see the wood for the trees?

I am one person in a minority, this minority can not change what is happening to Australia, we can not sack this corrupt & illegal government corporation on our own, & the majority that can accomplish this are doing nothing. YOU the majority are to blame for the unrest & corruption in Australia. YOU are to blame for the number of homeless people living on our streets. YOU are to blame for the crime rate & the number of people dying in our hospitals & those dying because they are not being admitted to our hospitals! YOU have the power, but you are too damned lazy, greedy & corrupt yourselves to use that power to make change for all Australian citizens. So if one day it all hits the fan, DO NOT come knocking on the doors of this minority of preppers, farmers, alternative lifestyle people or anyone else who is doing it hard right now, because we will not be opening our doors.

Why are we seeing so much mayhem in Australia, it seems that every day now there is another report of murder, stabbings, king hits, rape, home invasions & more. Obviously this is not right, not excusable, but can it be understood?

Let’s take a look at what our own government is doing. It has prioritised mining over farming; some farmers have given up fighting & have committed suicide. Protesting has been banned, made illegal so if the people try to back the farmers & “Lock the Gate”, they can now be arrested & charged. The police are now a law unto themselves, & unless someone records their crimes on video, then they get away with it. The people did not vote for mining to be prioritised over farming, why would they? They did not vote to have protests banned, made illegal, why would we? There was no referendum, no one was asked, does this sound like democracy or dictatorship?

I am not saying that all this mayhem & violence is happening because we have a corrupt government who is in itself committing crimes, & that the people who have a tendency toward violence & crime see this as a green flag to do what ever they want, but it is something to think about.

Why are Australian citizens allowing this government to “rule” us in this way? Why are they allowing the degradation of our environment & the loss of many of our rights? Our own constitution is being ignored by this government, a government by the way that is in fact a registered company in the USA! We have two main political parties, neither are better than the other, so when it comes to voting, we are stuck between a rock & a hard place. This year, 2016 the people showed their displeasure by voting independent, & what happened? The Liberal party got in yet again!!!

So, voting for your/our preference does not work, it changes nothing. The same corrupt government is still in power & the Australian people are doing NOTHING about this. Why? In other countries the people simply do not allow this corruption to continue, they rally their numbers & sack the government. We NEED change, we need to sack this government & the whole corrupt system & put something in place that allows the people to have a voice, to have a choice. What is it going to take to make the Australian people say “NO MORE, ENOUGH”?

There are crook police officers committing crimes & there are good police officers that are not prepared to blow the whistle on these bad cops, why? Because if a good cop blows the whistle on a bad cop, he loses his job. He will not be sacked, but he/she will be shunned by all other police officers Australia wide. He/she will be forced to quit the police service. This needs to change, but how do we change this? I do not have an answer for this, but this is the big problem with the whole government system. People are for ever saying “Don’t allow this” “Do your own thing”, but it is not that easy. We are a minority who care, but a minority has no power. We have to pay the ever increasing local council rates/taxes despite the fact that many of us receive no or few services for those rates, because if we refuse to pay, the council will actually evict us from our own homes & sell our property.

I realise that services & road maintenance have to be funded, but should there not be some check & balance? If a retired couple can not afford to pay the rates on their own home, why should they be forced to sell the home that they worked so hard for? After all the years of working & scrimping & saving they are now forced to live in a city or town & pay rent? Does this make any sense?

So we ask ourselves why is there so much crime, so much violence. Why is there so much sadness & depression? I think our society is starting to break down. We are losing human rights every day. New police powers take away citizens rights. They may have been introduced in order to maintain order, but in fact there is no check & balance here, the innocent are affected as well as the criminal element. Did banning certain firearms stop crime or even reduce crime? NO! Yet again the law abiding citizen pays the price. Who has these banned firearms now? The criminals have these firearms because they did not hand them in, they are NOT licensed, they are NOT listed in the gun registry!

So where are we heading? Less farms, less farmers, less food, less rights. Slowly but surely we are being herded into a position where eventually we will not be able to resist even if the majority of Australians grew a spine & decided to do something! Some people say “well if you are not happy with the way things are, why don’t you move somewhere else?” My answer to that is, that there is no better place to move to, no place that has the potential that Australia has for being a great place to live in. We have the room, we have the space. We have less people than anywhere else in the world given the size of Australia, but we need to regain our rights, our freedoms. Yes there must be law & order, but it must be tempered with common sense & research. Knee jerk reactions by the government to certain incidents have to stop. We need to have some professionalism introduced into the making of legislation. We have The Greens who appear to be promoting drugs & at the same time recommending that law abiding Australian citizens should be disarmed! How crazy is that?! Do they think that much of the crime is not linked to drugs & illegal gun use? Right now ignorant people are making these decisions for us, & it is not sensible, it is not right or fair & above all it is bloody stupid!

You will notice in this fraudulent Letters Patent document, that Prime Minister Bob Hawke actually makes direct reference to Queen Elizabeth the Second "the Queen of Australia", whereby, Australia have NEVER had an actual Queen and Queen Elizabeth is only our Monarch and not the Queen of Australia.
As the Prime Minister, Bob Hawke would be well aware; the fairy fallacy Queen of Australia can't actually remove our Governor Generals responsibilities; this must be done by our Monarch the Queen of England.
The rest of the document is laughable, whereby they appear to want the Governor General to be a Governor General but don't actually want him or her to have any of the powers that were bestowed upon him/her by The Queen of England in our Constitution Act 1900 (UK).
Bob Hawke further makes reference to the fact that the Governor General has to take orders from the Parliament their "Heirs and Successors" (as though the Parliament are the Kings and Queens of Australia) and actually have heirs and successors.

This document is PROOF that the Labor and Liberal Governments have been fraudulently altering documents and changing Constitutional positions of the Queen and the Governor General against the WILL of "The People" and in preparation to change Australia from a Democratic Monarchy to a Republic.

For Example; if an independent candidate runs against a preferred party member and they stand any chance of winning that seat, the two major preferred parties have been known to and it is well documented that they swap preferences with each other to keep their opponents out (We all witnessed this during the Pauline Hanson era) when she was their biggest threat. "The People" of Australia witnessed "Liberal and Labor jumping into the same bed together" so to say; by swapping preferences with EACH OTHER to keep Pauline Hanson out of politics, love her or hate her; if that is not a conspiracy to Dictate Leadership then l don't know what is, when two sworn enemies jump into bed together for a cause (one has to ask why?)
However, what became glaringly obvious was that Liberal and Labor have had no true separation since then and that is because they are both a party to their Corrupt Private Corporate Government; and they will jump into bed even with their declared arch enemy to protect their own corrupt corporate interests.

The Prerogative Writs of Mandamus will lawfully remove all politicians and political party members and in particular (the two party preferred offenders) that know the system is corrupt and have done NOTHING to rectify it; in essence giving their consent year after year; after year.

EVEN AFTER BEING advised by those Constitutionalists who study and practice our Constitutional Law and who know our Inherent Rights and Responsibilities that our Constitution Act holds within it, the corrupt government ministers after being individually advised correctly have chosen to ignore the correct procedures of our Constitution; and have deliberately committed Fraud, Treason and Tyranny to further their own interests and the interests of big business and Bankers; who's desire it is to enslave us "The People"!

The Queen of England issues a Letters Patent to announce who she wants as a Governor General, the Queen normally chooses the Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces whose job it is to ensure the Parliament follow the Constitutional Procedures and who oversees the activities of the Government. It is also the GG's job to swear into office ALL Ministers of Parliament, Judges and other Authority Figures, he does this with the recipient holding the Constitution in their Left Hand and the Bible in their Right hand as they swear the Oath of Allegiance that is printed on the back page of the Constitution.
If the Queen cannot or chooses not to issue a Letters Patent, it goes to a Plebiscite of "The People" and "The People" choose a Governor General.

New Independent Candidates will be required to SWEAR on OATH that they will restore our Constitution Act 1900 and reinstate Citizen Initiated Referendums prior to standing for election; to ensure that this takeover of our constitutional rights by corrupt corporate governments NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN!

WE "The People" were given the RIGHT to GOVERN and we have the ability. Unfortunately, we are so used to being dictated to by Corrupt Governments that we overlook the fact that we are the Sovereign Supreme Rulers of this Country and we have a always had the RIGHT to decide the path to take; we have just never been given the opportunity until now.

Once Independents Ministers are elected they will perform surveys of "The People" to find out what the top 24 Major Issues are and those Major Issues will have the FACTS presented FOR and AGAINST to "The People" so everyone knows what they are voting on.
This is the Fairest Democratic System in the World and all major issues can be dealt with this way.

Not EVERY issue goes to referendum unless it can't be agree on in Parliament under our Constitutional Law, referendums will only be for Major Issues that have not been dealt with for decades and to update our Constitution Act 1900.

All Ministers are paid by "The People" (The Tax Payer). Therefore, it is the responsibility of EVERY Minister to work with ALL other Ministers to reach a positive outcome on all issues for Australia and it's people.
For once in 115 years ALL MINISTERS will be working for "The People of the Commonwealth of Australia", working towards the BEST OUTCOME and THE BEST PATH FORWARD Lawfully, Constitutionally and Committed.

There will be no more Parliamentary Question Time; where Ministers are behaving like school children, because they won't be vying to have other Ministers voted out of parliament, they won't need to try to make other Ministers look incompetent or to attack them for the top dog position.

The Government most certainly won't allow our VELVET REVOLUTION to become public; because that would shine too many spotlights upon them, therefore, they are trying to sabotage all our efforts to bring them to justice by preventing our FACTS and EVIDENCE from being released, however, all sitting members will be indicted on the above crimes that they have committed, for if they are not GUILTY and if it was not true; they would have dragged me into court by now on slander charges.

The Government are trying to prevent us from getting the word out to UNITE "The People" by using Facebook to sabotage our efforts. You would have noticed a security message pop up every time you try to share our posts, this is to make you believe that our message is unsafe, however, those who have continued to share have had NO ISSUES with our posts whatsoever.
In addition, the Corrupt Government have no doubt placed a Media Blackout on us; as our factual evidence and information released to the media has not lifted an eyebrow, this is blatantly obvious that we have been put on a media blackout, as why else would the media not have picked up on this story as the FACTS and EVIDENCE have been spilling out by the bucket loads.

It is NOW that we need "The People's Support" to spread our EVENTS PAGE everywhere and with everyone, please go onto our website and share our FACT SHEETS with anyone that comes across your attention.

It is essential that this information reaches every person in Australia, so please keep supporting us and keep sharing the information daily please.
As an alternative, you can google Group names and email or fax them the information.
Even Police Officers are supporting us as we hand them the information. There have been so many Police Officers come forward over the years; exposing the FACTS too; only to be crucified by the authorities. The Police are caught in a Corrupt System the same as our Military Forces, they are used as pawns in this ridiculous chess game to be revenue collectors for this Corrupt Corporation, the Government have turned "The People" against them through this corruption, but every police officer has a family too and they want as much as we do to be able to go to work and do the job they originally signed up to do (to keep the peace), can you imagine what it's like to have a whole nation of people hating you because they are forced to issue unlawful infringement notices and jail innocent people all in the game of revenue raising? This is the main reason why the police suffer PTSD, so if you see a police officer, hand them a flyer or this message and tell them we are there for them too, we need our Police Service and we support them. They are no doubt relieved that someone has finally exposed this Corrupt Corporate Government for what they are doing, and they just want a FAIR GO just like you and me.

A Message To All Groups From The Velvet Revolution, Australia.

FROM VELVET REVOLUTION:

As we have said before, until all groups UNITE to RESTORE the Constitution Act 1900, how are these groups going to implement what they want?
What they are seeking to achieve and how?
How do these groups change the Laws they want to change without Restoring our Constitution?
VELVET REVOLUTION changed our date from March 2015 to July 2015 to allow MARCH in March to have their MARCH unhindered and
to allow Reclaim Australia, Restore Australia and all of the other groups to attend to their Matters, some VR members and organisers went to those rallies to show support!

VELVET REVOLUTION DO NOT have an opinion on any ONE SINGLE ISSUE because we don't need to, because after we REMOVE this corrupt government from power we will have Independent Ministers in Parliament who will implement Referendums of "The People" to deal with EVERY MAJOR ISSUE Australia have. The Constitution actually deals with ALL OF THEM.

We need to deal with ALL of the issues that concern ALL AUSTRALIANS, and we have not seen a PLAN yet other than VELVET REVOLUTION's PLAN that does so.

We are talking to groups and hopefully they will come on board with VR on the 10th of July and if the need arises we can and will join with them on their date.

Some people say they want to know what l think about a certain issue,
l keep telling everyone that it doesn't matter what l think, or what you think or what Geoff or Louisa think, at a referendum where everyone gets ONE VOTE ONLY, it comes down to what a MAJORITY think and that is how it has to be.
At the moment we have governments creating all these issues that EVERY GROUP is rallying against, they do that to keep us occupied so they can continue down the track of their evil corruption, if all of these Groups stopped and UNITED we can have ALL ISSUES DEALT WITH in a few simple moves.

For 8 long years, l fought for the RIGHTS and LIVES of Truck Drivers, l pulled my trucks off the road to achieve what the majority were telling me they wanted; while the whinges kept driving.
l paid for all costs out of my husbands and my business to represent the industry from ALDODA's stand point, but if they all just stopped for one lousy week, we would have had EVERYTHING we needed to survive in the industry in just 7 days, but instead we ended up with less than half of what we needed and and it took me and a handful of dedicated truckies to achieve that, the rest just kept driving and whinging.

Unfortunately, these other Groups have no way of actually getting what they want, so please UNITE WITH VR and it will be done and dusted in just one lousy Day!

Why would we change VR PLANS to go backwards?
Go back to Protesting with little or no result and no Laws on our side to negotiate with?
Go back to negotiating with an UNLAWFUL GOVERNMENT and their big business mates and if we don't act soon they will push through a referendum to change us into a Republic and we will NEVER get our Constitutional Rights back.

VR have a PLAN, we know that PLAN is Lawful and Constitutional; so we need to stay the course and hopefully these other groups will join us under our Banner and our Flag because it is their Banner and Flag as much as it is the next persons, and if we need to join their protests, rallies and Marches after the 10th of July, then VR will be there, but these groups need to give our PLAN some consideration as VR's PLAN deals with ALL ISSUES both Legally and Constitutionally.
However, VR would love for the Organisers of these groups to stand right next to us "Side By Side"
on the day, we are all on a round table with equal opportunity, equal rights, equal say, let's equally demand our Rights Back that are entrenched in our Constitution and we will equally achieve what we ALL WANT!
WE "The People" MUST get our Constitution Act 1900 (UK) Restored for every single Australian and for the FUTURE of this COUNTRY, our Country Men, Women and Children!

The Farmers can't get their produce to market without the Transport Industry and the Transport Industry don't have any freight without the Farmers.

If you contact most truck drivers, they know me and they will support you as well, GOD knows the Transport Industry suffers severely as does every other industry in this country, we are shafted by Government, Unions and Big Business to keep them in the lap of luxury that they have become accustom to and it MUST STOP NOW!

First things first, every group are sharing the FACT SHEETS which l will send you.
These FACT SHEETS are just that FACTS and EVIDENCE of the Fraud, Treason, Tyranny and Political Corruption of Government going back to the Whitlam Government of 1973, if you share these with everyone in your town and your friends and family on FB; it will spread the FACTS throughout our Town Folk, Farmers and Truck Drivers in Major Towns in your area.

Put the Flyers up everywhere and Truck Drivers will help spread the word, Truck Drivers and Couriers can share flyers as they trip around doing their deliveries.

Please send me your email address so that l can forward the FACT SHEETS to you and the Flyer Files for printing, just make me a friend on FB and message your email address to me please.

• Truck Drivers can also deliver small packs of (150) Flyers to Truck Stops to inform people in their travels.
