It has taken some time for us to recuperate and to put in place the next stage of VELVET REVOLUTION
which you will be happy to hear is only a few weeks off packing a mighty blow to the Corrupt Corporate Government once again, these steps are essential to ensure the PROTECTION of our Members, their Families and our VR Organisers and CPO's.

DO NOT be disappointed about the turn out for VR on the 10th of July 2015, I personally am NOT disappointed with the quality of supporters we UNITED on the day of our MARCH, because the people who did UNITE were more than enthusiastic, positive, and determined.
WE were ALL Aussie PROUD to be part of our historical event.
I do however feel sorry for those people who didn't include themselves in this brilliant achievement because we ALL walked away very satisfied, pumped and empowered.

Once you learn what it is that this corrupt government have done; it does SHOCK you, but it also EMPOWERS you; when you also learn that there is something Lawful that can be done to stop this corruption in it's tracks; it gives you HOPE, when you learn that they are Unlawful and "The People of the Commonwealth of Australia" hold the True Right of Power to Rule Supreme; you are EMPOWERED, Once you learn that, there is no going back and that is what we MUST teach everyone else; even our children.

Any activist groups always start with a small group of committed, like minded people.
In 2000, at our first meeting for the Transport Industry at Tarcutta NSW; we started out with ~100 people including women and children.
Just a few short months later, at our first Blockade at the Albury/Wodonga Border; we ended up with about 400 Semi Owner Driver's & Driver's, a few good woman and no children and by the time we had the Nationwide shutdown in 2008 our support had grown to ~400 trucks in every State of Australia and we had been kicking goals from the start.

Once people realise that this is an on ongoing VELVET REVOLUTION that WILL NOT end until we Succeed; then they will feel more comfortable in UNITING with us and while our MARCH may have been small; we delivered a huge impact with
cars honking in support and it was indeed the beginning of our Freedom and their Elimination.

Going on Brisbane results alone we were more than 40 people STRONG; all dressed in VELVET REVOLUTION Shirts and armed with our Banners Flying and distributing thousands of flyers as we MARCHED, by the end of the day; the thousands of onlookers spread across 16 City Blocks times 2 deep; knew exactly what we were there for; as we chanted by microphone on loud speaker

We had the support and assistance of our Police Service even though we refused to register our VELVET REVOLUTION that would require us to ask the Corrupt Corporate Government permission to hold a VELVET REVOLUTION to remove them from office, it just didn't make sense to ask; when we were going to do it anyway.

It wasn't just a MARCH where people glanced at us and kept walking; they literally stopped and watched us MARCH past them; taking flyers as we went, they were even lined up on the other side of the roadway.
It made us PROUD; it made us DETERMINED and we were not taking NO for an answer.
We served the Moratorium to Parliament House and MARCHED to the High Court where the QLD Police prearranged for us to serve the Moratorium into the High Court. We got it all on video and we had no trouble from any authorities or opposition whatsoever.

It was a proud day for ALL Australian's.
This is the beginning of a brilliant union of "The People", it's been a long time coming; but WE have finally arrived.

You would have noticed a security message pop up every time you try to share our posts, this is to make you believe that our message is unsafe, however, those who have continued to share have had NO ISSUES with our posts whatsoever.
In addition, the Corrupt Government have no doubt placed a Media Blackout on us; as our factual evidence and information released to the media has not lifted an eyebrow, this is blatantly obvious that we have been put on a media blackout, as why else would the media not have picked up on this story as the FACTS and EVIDENCE have been spilling out by the bucket loads.

It is NOW that we need "The People's Support" to spread our EVENTS PAGE everywhere and with everyone, please go onto our website and share our FACT SHEETS with anyone that comes across your attention.

It is essential that this information reaches every person in Australia, so please keep supporting us and keep sharing the information daily please.
As an alternative, you can google Group names and email or fax them the information.
Even Police Officers are supporting us as we hand them the information. There have been so many Police Officers come forward over the years; exposing the FACTS too; only to be crucified by the authorities. The Police are caught in a Corrupt System the same as our Military Forces, they are used as pawns in this ridiculous chess game to be revenue collectors for this Corrupt Corporation, the Government have turned "The People" against them through this corruption, but every police officer has a family too and they want as much as we do to be able to go to work and do the job they originally signed up to do (to keep the peace), can you imagine what it's like to have a whole nation of people hating you because they are forced to issue unlawful infringement notices and jail innocent people all in the game of revenue raising? This is the main reason why the police suffer PTSD, so if you see a police officer, hand them a flyer or this message and tell them we are there for them too, we need our Police Service and we support them. They are no doubt relieved that someone has finally exposed this Corrupt Corporate Government for what they are doing, and they just want a FAIR GO just like you and me.

PLEASE NOTE:
Although this Act alleges to define Australia as a 'sovereign, independent and federal nation', and the Australia Acts is often described as completing the process of constitutional development which begun with the Federation Movement, Australia actually still retains the Queen as head of state.
A referendum to remove this final tie by replacing the Crown with a President was held in Australia on
the 6th of November 1999, the required majority of voters and majority of States necessary to make an alteration to the Constitution was not achieved and this final tie remains in place, therefore, the Queen remains our Head of State.

As there was no referendum of "The People", this means that the Australia Act 1986 is NOT LAWFUL, IT IS NOT CONSTITUTIONAL AND HOLDS NO LEGISLATIVE POWER!

The Commonwealth were legislating for the States for many decades before the Government unlawfully implemented the Australia Act 1986, and it is clearly outlined above during the Hansard Constitution Convention Debates with
Mr. Trenwith's Question and Mr. Barton's Answer in Reply.

Queen Elizabeth the Second is still our Head of State because "The People" voted against a Republic at Referendum on the 6th of November 1999, this referendum was put to "The People" to change Australia from a democracy to a Republic. This referendum if successful would have removed the Crown (Queen)
and the Governor General from being Head of State and they would have been replaced with a President, however, because this referendum was unsuccessful there were NO ALTERATIONS MADE TO THE CONSTITUTION and we remain with • The Queen as our Head of State
• The Constitution still in tact and
• "The People" still being the Supreme Rulers with the rightful POWER to Govern.

The Australia Act 1986 is worthless, Nada, not legal, unlawful, unconstitutional and a FRAUD and TREASONOUS ACT against "The People" of the Commonwealth of Australia by the Corrupt Corporate Government.
The States have no lawful right to legislate for the States under the Australia Act 1986, and yet the States have been implementing Legislation, Laws, Acts and Rules since 1986 and innocent people have had judgements made against them under an unlawful Act. This is Fraud and Treason and it must be corrected and this corrupt government need to be removed from Parliament for their deliberate deception, fraudulent and treasonous Acts against it's own people.

Did you know that the 9th of July 2015 is the 115th Birthday of the Australian Constitution Act 1900 whereby Royal Commission of Accent by Queen Victoria II signed off on our Constitution Act 1900, the signing of this document on 9 July 1900 gave Royal Accent and this Bill providing for the creation of the Commonwealth of Australia became law, enacting the Australian Constitution and the founding of the Commonwealth.
The Commission of Assent, with the original Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act and the Letters Patent establishing the office of Governor-General, are thus the
'birth certificates' of the Australian Nation, the key instruments of the Commonwealth.

We are changing the date of our "VELVET REVOLUTION MARCH" to the 10th of July 2015 so as in the future we as a NATION who are UNITED can celebrate the Birthday of our Constitution Act 1900 on the 9th of July each year and on the 10th of July each year we will celebrate "The People's VELVET REVOLUTION" that RESTORED our Constitution Act 1900 and RE-EMPOWERED "the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE of the COMMONWEALTH of AUSTRALIA" to their lawful SUPREME position in the Constitution.

We would have liked to have held our VELVET REVOLUTION MARCH on the 9th of July 2015 as a tribute to and to honour the signing of the Royal Commission of Accent of our Constitution Act 1900 by Queen Victoria the Second. However, we truly believe that this day should be celebrated and honoured on it's own merit and be provided it's own celebratory ceremony; this year the signing of our Constitution Act 1900 falls on a Thursday.

You will also notice that the
10th of July 2015 this year is a Friday which will be a far better day for "AUSTRALIA'S
VELVET REVOLUTION"
as people can then UNITE with us on the Friday and use the weekend to celebrate "The People's Achievements"!

Significance
When Queen Victoria signed this document on 9 July 1900 the Bill providing for the creation of the Commonwealth of Australia became law, enacting the Australian Constitution and the founding of the Commonwealth. The Commission of Assent, with the original Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act and the Letters Patent establishing the office of Governor-General, are thus the 'birth certificates' of the Australian nation, the key instruments of the Commonwealth.
History
The Australian Constitution Bill was drafted at a series of Constitutional Conventions in the 1890s and taken to London in 1900 by a delegation led by Edmund Barton. The Bill to establish the Commonwealth of Australia had to pass through the British Parliament and this was achieved after some struggle about allowing appeals from Australian courts to the Privy Council in Britain. At the request of the jubilant Australian delegation, Queen Victoria signed her Royal Assent in duplicate so that a copy could be brought back to Australia. The Queen presented this document with the pen, inkstand and table used at the ceremony in Windsor Castle to Edmund Barton, spokesman for the delegates.

The writing table, of brass and ebony, with gilded ormolu decoration and a surface of tan morocco leather, has been used for rare ceremonies since. It can be seen in photographs of the Commonwealth inauguration ceremony in Centennial Park, Sydney on 1 January 1901.

Description
This is a single vellum sheet 51 x 66 cm with a beautiful pearly sheen. Attached by a crimson and silver bullion cord and tassels is a round silver case containing the wax seal with the Royal insignia. On the reverse, folds around the wording are clearly visible. Conservation treatment now enables the document to be kept unfolded.

A facsimile of this document, made for the Australian Bicentennial Exhibition which toured Australia during 1988, is displayed in Parliament House Canberra.
