Did you know that the 9th of July 2015 is the 115th Birthday of the Australian Constitution Act 1900 whereby Royal Commission of Accent by Queen Victoria II signed off on our Constitution Act 1900, the signing of this document on 9 July 1900 gave Royal Accent and this Bill providing for the creation of the Commonwealth of Australia became law, enacting the Australian Constitution and the founding of the Commonwealth.
The Commission of Assent, with the original Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act and the Letters Patent establishing the office of Governor-General, are thus the
'birth certificates' of the Australian Nation, the key instruments of the Commonwealth.

We are changing the date of our "VELVET REVOLUTION MARCH" to the 10th of July 2015 so as in the future we as a NATION who are UNITED can celebrate the Birthday of our Constitution Act 1900 on the 9th of July each year and on the 10th of July each year we will celebrate "The People's VELVET REVOLUTION" that RESTORED our Constitution Act 1900 and RE-EMPOWERED "the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE of the COMMONWEALTH of AUSTRALIA" to their lawful SUPREME position in the Constitution.
We would have liked to have held our VELVET REVOLUTION MARCH on the 9th of July 2015 as a tribute to and to honour the signing of the Royal Commission of Accent of our Constitution Act 1900 by Queen Victoria the Second. However, we truly believe that this day should be celebrated and honoured on it's own merit and be provided it's own celebratory ceremony; this year the signing of our Constitution Act 1900 falls on a Thursday.
You will also notice that the
10th of July 2015 this year is a Friday which will be a far better day for "AUSTRALIA'S
VELVET REVOLUTION"
as people can then UNITE with us on the Friday and use the weekend to celebrate "The People's Achievements"!

Significance
When Queen Victoria signed this document on 9 July 1900 the Bill providing for the creation of the Commonwealth of Australia became law, enacting the Australian Constitution and the founding of the Commonwealth. The Commission of Assent, with the original Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act and the Letters Patent establishing the office of Governor-General, are thus the 'birth certificates' of the Australian nation, the key instruments of the Commonwealth.

The Australian Constitution Bill was drafted at a series of Constitutional Conventions in the 1890s and taken to London in 1900 by a delegation led by Edmund Barton. The Bill to establish the Commonwealth of Australia had to pass through the British Parliament and this was achieved after some struggle about allowing appeals from Australian courts to the Privy Council in Britain. At the request of the jubilant Australian delegation, Queen Victoria signed her Royal Assent in duplicate so that a copy could be brought back to Australia. The Queen presented this document with the pen, inkstand and table used at the ceremony in Windsor Castle to Edmund Barton, spokesman for the delegates.

The writing table, of brass and ebony, with gilded ormolu decoration and a surface of tan morocco leather, has been used for rare ceremonies since. It can be seen in photographs of the Commonwealth inauguration ceremony in Centennial Park, Sydney on 1 January 1901.

Description
This is a single vellum sheet 51 x 66 cm with a beautiful pearly sheen. Attached by a crimson and silver bullion cord and tassels is a round silver case containing the wax seal with the Royal insignia. On the reverse, folds around the wording are clearly visible. Conservation treatment now enables the document to be kept unfolded.

Australian Citizen Survival.
As I have said before, there are many different survival scenarios. It does not have to be international to create a survival situation. Right now, the Australian citizen is fighting the enemy within, Tony Abbott & the LNP. So let's take a closer look at this person who is running Australia into the ground !!!
During his time in the Howard Government, Tony Abbott was once thrown out of Parliament because he moved in a threatening manner towards the Opposition benches just after Labor's Graham Edwards, a Vietnam Veteran who had lost both his legs during the Vietnam War, had interjected: "You're a disgrace".

In 1976, while at University, Tony Abbott kicked in a glass panel door after a narrow defeat in the University Senate elections in 1976.

While at University, Tony Abbott was charged with indecent assault for allegedly touching a female student teacher between her legs on the lower buttock.
In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald in 2004, Tony Abbott claimed it was a "completely fictional incident" but later claims to have only touched her on the back to get her attention.
When Tony Abbott turned up to court, he had the assistance of a legal team (including a QC) as well as several witnesses.

Personally, I think Tony Abbott has done far worse things since he has been Prime Minister. Right now, Aboriginal communities have had their services cut off & many are being evicted.
Community services have had their funding cut & many have had to close their doors, this at a time when domestic violence is rife in Australia. This will cause more deaths.
Abbott's terrorist fear campaign is aimed at keep citizens scared so he can inflict more control over our lives, more restrictions to our freedom.
Tony Abbott prioritises Mining over Farming, & he is ruining peoples lives. The mining & fracking is polluting water supplies & taking up valuable farming land.
Tony Abbott prioritises coal mining over alternate energy, he prefers to see the burning of fossil fuels polluting our environment instead of using clean energy such as solar power, wave power, water power & wind power. All of which are readily available in Australia.

Now Abbott is attacking our health service, from now on if he gets his way, health checks & doctors visits will cost us more !!!
The list of Abbott's transgressions & lies are long, & many suspect that he holds his position illegally because he still holds British citizenship, which bars him from becoming Prime Minister of Australia.
Why is Tony Abbott still in office? Basically because the whole political system is corrupt, including the Governor General who could have put an end to this if he had wanted to.

Labor is little better than the LNP, given full reign they would have us be a republic, where we would have no rights what so ever, & all those past transgressions would be swept under the carpet.
If we are going to survive, if we are going to regain our freedoms & rights, then we need to change our government system, do away with the two party preference, bring in voting for things we need doing, rather than voting for people or parties.

Tony Abbott Fails As Minister For Women's Affairs !!! 14 Women In Australia Murdered By Their Partners.
This is 14 women that we know of, but domestic violence is rife in Australia. Tony Abbott took away funding from essential community services who's function it was to shelter women & keep their whereabouts secret so that their violent partners could not find them. Due to Abbott's lack of duty to these services, many have had to close, others were forced to amalgamate with other services, but the results are the same, less protection & care for women in crisis.
Tony Abbott & the LNP, & Labor have failed in their duty to Australian citizens. It is time for a new government system, by the people, for the people. Abbott, you are a disgrace, & you should resign.

We can't afford to let this happen in Australia, yet it has already started. Aboriginal communities have had their water supplies cut off at the request of mining companies. We MUST get rid of our present government before this goes any further. Australia is a DRY continent, we can't afford to lose what water we have.

FACT SHEET 4: THE BIG LIE & THEIR LEGAL COSTS
IF THE SITTING MEMBERS CHOOSE TO FIGHT THIS IN COURT, WHO PAYS FOR THEIR REPRESENTATION?
Within weeks Writs of Mandamus will be served against every sitting member in Parliament across the nation; in their own name and capacity. These lawful and constitutional Writs only need to be served upon them at their work place and it is up to the individual politician to seek and pay for their own legal representation as is the case with any other person who lives or resides in Australia and who has charges brought against them, this legal representation cannot be paid for using tax payer funds as the Writs are issued against individual members in their own names.
This is NOT a Class Action against sitting politicians as a GROUP.
This is "The People" verses for instance; Anthony John Abbott
(Tony Abbott) in his individual capacity under his own name and "The People" are versing every sitting politician individually in their own capacity and under their own name; as they will all have different charges brought against each of them.
However, for example, these sitting members are all aware that they are not abiding by our Constitution which is INDISSOLUBLE and still Rules Supreme and they are NOT providing Citizen Initiated Referendums for "The People" on any major issues that affect us and which is granted to us as our RIGHT in our Constitution Act 1900.
They have not abided by referendum outcomes of the past such as the 1999 referendum to make Australia a Republic and yet the government unlawfully
• Funded the Brigalow Corporation to steal our land and land titles
• They allowed the unconstitutional Australia Act to be implemented and under which they allowed the Brigalow Corporation to steal our land titles and land
• The government ignored the 1999 referendum of "The People"!
• They have willingly and knowingly implemented unlawful and unconstitutional Laws, Legislation and Acts under the unconstitutional Australia Act 1999 and
• They have collectively set up "Commonwealth of Australia" as a Corporation in Washington D.C. so that they can trade and borrow funds in our countries official name and are forcing tax payers to pay for their corporate debt without the "Consent of The People of the Commonwealth of Australia"!
• Even though "The People" voted against being a republic, under the unconstitutional Australia Act the corrupt corporate government have been running this country as though it is a republic and ignoring the will of "The People".

Within weeks Writs of Mandamus will be served against every sitting member in Parliament across the nation; in their own name and capacity. We have already issued Prerogative Writs of Mandamus on all sitting
members in Parliament in Western Australia, these same Writs have also been
filed into the High Court of Western Australia who are lawfully required to
file them with the Queens Bench as demanded by "The People" or face

The sitting members now have 14 Days to resign their positions or defend
themselves in the High Court Queens Bench against our charges; some of which
include but are not limited to 1. Violation of the use of public monies under
violation 44s of the Constitution. 2. Misuse of their parliamentarian offices.
3. The Dominican Republic alliance and the unconstitutional invasion of Iraq.
4. The endangering of the safety and well being of the general community by the
Iraq unconstitutional invasion. 5. Failure to provide in appropriate time;
Appropriation Bills & Taxation Bills. 6. Unconstitutional taxes such as
council rates, tolls, fuel taxes, income taxes etc ete 7. Unconstitutional
property rights, theft and acquisitions. 8. Deregulation of Australia's own
industries. 9. Unconstitutional Government Retirement Funds and Perks. 10.
Treason and Fraud. 11. Unconstitutional Infringement Notices i.e Tolls and
Speeding fines causing many people to not only lose their licence, but also
their jobs and then their homes and family; which leads to suicides. And so
this list also seems to be endless but never the less are constitutional
grounds for every sitting member's instant dismissal.
PREROGATIVE WRITS OF MANDAMUS: Are being prepared to issue against every
sitting member in parliament; in every state and territory of Australia in the
coming weeks and on the 23rd of March 2015 all sitting members will be
officially removed from office by a show of UNITY OF "The People" FOR
"The People" BY "The People" and to reclaim our
constitution, Rights, Liberties and Freedom's embedded in the Commonwealth of
Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) and other legal rights.” ALL sitting
members must receive a Prerogative Writ of Mandamus because no current
political has rightfully or lawfully sworn on OATH to abide by our
Constitution, the Queen of England or to The People of the Commonwealth of
Australia. Therefore, they all must be removed and this OATH is to be taken
before they run as an Independent Candidate for their seat and they will be
held accountable for promises they make and fail to provide in a reasonable
time frame. All Political Parties will be abolished along with preferential
voting and swapping of preferences as this was never intended by the Framers of
the constitution.
A WRIT WILL BE ISSUED: By the New Governor General to call an Election of
Independent Candidates who VOW to abide by our Constitution Act 1900 and the
Annotated Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia 1901; plus the Hansard
Constitution Convention Debates that were held at the time of the Framers of
the Annotated Constitution 1901, where the meaning of every word was debated
and every meaning of every sentence was debated so there was no
misunderstanding in the future as to the meaning of the constitution. Citizen
Initiated Referendums will implemented to deal with urgent matters of "The
People"!
CORRUPT VOTING SYSTEM: Currently, Australian's don't have a choice but
to vote Liberal or Labour because our current corrupt two party preferred
preferential voting system is just that (two party preferred) so your vote
ALWAYS gets passed back to one or the other corrupt Liberal or Labor Party. It
is NOT because the voters aren't trying to vote in someone else, it is just
this corrupt voting system which is ONLY preferred by the two major parties
(for obvious reasons) which is unconstitutional and a deliberate fraud on
"The People" so that either Liberal or Labor ALWAYS end up in power.
NEW VOTING SYSTEM: The two party preferred preferential system will be
abolished immediately and a new voting system put in place. Whereby, an
election of ONE VOTE per person for ONE Independent Candidate will take place
and the highest votes received will be sworn into office and through this new
voting system a new Independent Ministry will be chosen to fill the upper and
lower house seats in order of votes received. Voting at the polling Booths will
no longer require people handing out HOW TO VOTE CARDS as each Independent's

"Citizen Initiated Referendums" which will deal with all issues in a
very short period of time in comparison with the unlawful system we have now?

deliver to every sitting member in parliament "The People's" decision
to lawfully remove them from our Parliament. Czechoslovakia did it in just 48
hours!
