These are what Australian police are like. This man has no legs. Note also his female companion is being treated far too roughly, she was simply trying to protect the man on the ground.
There must have been fifteen citizens per police officer watching this situation. There is no time in history where passivism on the part of the public concerning street level oppression by authoritarians has not been resolved without a committed and long term uprising by the citizenry. If we fear prison too much to hold accountable with our lives those who would use them for control of the people, then the people will have prison as their reward.
