Australian Citizens Evicted From Their Own Homes!

6 Oct 2015 — Illegal land tax/rates charges is an issue Australia wide, & yet only 47 people have signed my petition. No wonder Australia is in the mess it is, so many people just not caring. No one can become self-reliant & self sufficient whilst we still have to pay these corrupt local councils land tax/rates. These rates charges are NOT for services rendered, they are based on how much they consider the property is worth!
PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION if you haven't already. People are getting evicted from there homes & their property sold to pay unpaid rates/land tax. THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED!!!

Australia. Corrupt local councils charging rates illegally.

Home sold to pay $16,000 rates. It is illegal for councils in Australia to charge rates unless contracted to supply certain services. But the government, local councils & the courts are corrupt.
So where is this money going? It is not for roads, that is payed for by registration. It is not for dirt roads, because that is payed for by the Federal Government. We are totally off grid, with no services being supplied to us. We have NOT signed any contract with the Armidale Dumaresq Shire Council, yet they are charging us rates of $1,000,00 !!!
If we refuse to pay these illegal rates charges, our land & home will be sold by the shire & we will be evicted. Councils were deemed to be none government by referendum & rates charges made illegal. Yet there is not a court in Australia that will protect any Australian citizen from these corrupt councils.
